Beds were not very comfortable, and the place feels a little dated. I didn't like checking in (and giving credit card details) via an outdoor tablet just next to the closed reception area, didn't feel very secure. Also I didn't expect the laundry to be $30 a day - we skipped it and used a laundromat instead, was a lot cheaper.

Nice sized apartment, the bedrooms are all spacious and plenty of lounge seating. Good to have a proper kitchen as well, and plenty of parking. Good location for shops / sights etc.

Apartment a little bit dated with no option to open the windows except for the kitchen one. Moreover, we could not use the fan because extremely dusty.

There's an extra $30+tax charge to use the laundry machine for one day. We paid the fee since we desperately needed to do laundry and didn't feel like schlepping to a laundromat. The apartment smelled like fish when we arrived, so we had to air out the place for a few days before it didn't smell fishy when we walked in. Back patio area was nice but didn't have any shade so we couldn't use it during the 100*+ days.

Lots of space, with a full kitchen, living room/dining room, and three bedrooms. Giant TV in the living room. Air conditioning worked great, especially since it was so hot outside. Easy to walk to several restaurants. Close to grocery stores and other shopping in Page. Quiet street. Bathroom is dated but functional.

The TV was blocked and we couldn't register in our account on Disney or Apple TV

The place was very nice for our short stay in Page. We enjoyed the barbecue outside. We enjoy the living room that was quite confortable and the beds.

A comfortable brief stay at a one bedroom apartment which was very convenient for parking and close to what we stopped for in Page. The apartment had everything we needed for our self catering visit.

Bathroom was pretty outdated with some marks of rust. Kitchen is also also but functional. The layout for our 3 bedroom apartment showed a washing/dryer machine which was a bit confusing and made us think it's part of the apartment, but when checking in we realized there's a separating door and in order to use them we'll have to pay extra of 30$ per day, which seems too expensive in my opinion. This should have been written during the booking.

Some things were dated. A few of the camera angles seemed invasive. Giving card info over the tablet felt weird. Felt like entry doors weren’t secure enough with latch lock.

It was what it says it was. There was a kitchen with everything needed. Easy check in. Quiet location. Even neighbors were quiet. Great price. BBQ was great.

The furniture and the equipment were a bit dated, and the bathroom ventilation was a little noisy.

The flat was extremely clean, the beds freshly made and comfortable, and we found everything we needed in the kitchen.

The heater didn’t work properly all the time. It was cold then warm and it was very loud too. The bed was too uncomfortable.

Security looks good on the outside (there are cameras in front and back of the building), but the inside is a different story. All window mechanisms are very old and some are broken. One of the living room windows had no lock and could be easily pushed in from the outside. The bathroom window latch was broken so it could be easily pulled up from the outside. Yes, there are mosquito nets on both these windows, but they can be easily removed and pose no problem for someone mildly determined to get it in. Both front and back door have pass key locks, but they looked rather flimsy and, since there is no alarm, they could be very easily kicked in. Because of the issues above, we made sure to leave no valuables inside while away. The air conditioning/heater is VERY loud and is located right next to the bedrooms, so you can't avoid the noise while trying to sleep. If you're a light sleeper, that may be a problem.

The building is old, however decently maintained. Some of the furniture (the living room) is relatively new, some it's old (bathroom, kitchen, bedrooms) but overall it's OK if you don't need something very fancy -- it's a motel after all. The kitchen has all the basic amenities, except for a dishwasher. The neighborhood is pretty quiet and located in the old downtown, close to shops and restaurants, many in walking distance.
