I booked a non-smoking room and it was clearly used as a smoking room. The lock on my room malfunctioned and a staff member needed to let me in every time I left my room. The staff member blamed me for keeping my card key in my purse with my cell phone. I’ve stayed in plenty hotels using card keys, and this is never happened to say the least the staff was unprofessional.

The room was extremely clean, great location, an adequate parking.

The price for the Office King was a bit much for what it gave you. There was a hair on one of the facecloths. They only gave you shampoo. There was no staff member there to check me out the next morning. The breakfast consisted of coffee, yogurt, two kinds of ceral and bread.

The bed was really comfortable. There was a fridge and a microwave.

We booked several rooms for the bridal party to be in one place and they were all supposed to be smoke free but one of them was not.

The rooms have been upgraded and actually look better than the pictures.

I accidentally booked a smoking room even though I'm allergic to smoke, but upon checking in I asked to change to a non-smoking room and they refused saying there are no more rooms but half the hotel rooms were empty. The room smelled TERRIBLE and was dirty, there were cigarette holes all over the bedding. I barely slept all night because I couldn't breathe. There was no breakfast as stated, except for like two yogurts in the fridge and half empty cereal dispensers. Definitely overpriced.

The room was pretty outdated, there was a section of the wall that was broken and crumbling. Upon entering the room, it had a heavy marijuana smell (we booked a non-smoking room), so we had to air it out for a while. Only one outlet worked, so I had to unplug the microwave to charge my phone. There were some very dirty sections of the carpet in the corners. The surrounding area didn’t seem to be the safest, however we did not have a negative experience in that aspect. For the price, it was definitely a bummer considering the quality of the room. Had it been half the price, I’d be completely satisfied, but it did the job and sheltered us and had a nice shower for the one night we were in the area. We did not have the breakfast, but the area was VERY small, so it didn’t seem like there would be many options due to the lack of space.

The bed was comfortable and the location was pretty good for where we needed to be for a funeral. Lots of shops around and very convenient to get things we needed or wanted. I also liked that it had a window we could open for fresh air. The shower had great pressure and the water didn’t get cold after two showers. Fairly quiet stay, we were on the second floor.

The guys that checked us in was so disrespectful, he was acting like we were bothering him and he was doing us a favor. To be honest he shouldn't have no place in the front checking in anyway not even to clean up the front. He just doesn't have any right dealing with customers. SO RUDE! Also the fridge was not properly clean and the microwave handle was falling off.

The bed was nice and the room smells good it was fairly clean and comfortable.

The fire alarm was not hooked up. You can the wires hanging. The bathroom floor was dirty. I paid extra for a room with a jacuzzi that was not working. They did not offer to give me part of my money back. I will not be staying there again.

My employer tried to pay for the reservation and the man would not allow it. She explained to him several times that it was a business trip and he made me pay and get reimbursement from her. Why ask if it's a business trip? If you're not going to treat it as such. The room was okay. The towels were very thin and small. I'm not a big person and they did not even cover me. The lighting was not good. Thank God I only had to sleep for 4 hours before I had to get up and leave. The Man was rude when I got there. Because I got there late. Around 10:30. I guess he was tired and wanted to go to bed. 🤦🏼 I definitely would not stay here even if the room was cheaper again.

Although this was a smoking room, and I do smoke, there was an obvious odor of smoke in the room. I did not smoke in the room.

The Bed was comfortable, there was a fridge in the room, and the staff was friendly.
