You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United StatesI didn't like that the water pressure was extremely low. Seems to have been governed. I would have to turn the water all the way up which then made the water very hot. If you wanted a warm or cool shower you'd have almost no water pressure. Made for a bad shower on a very hot day.
It was a decent price with very comfortable pillows and an overall good value.

United StatesHigher prices for not being around much....like food and entertainment. The staff wasn't the friendliest. They would come to clean our rooms daily, but they never made the bed or sweep/mop the floors. We stayed for a week so you would think they would at least do something.
Comfortable beds, and most definitely loved the showers.

United StatesThere was no breakfast as advertised. When I checked in I registered myself and my son and was told there was only 2 guests allowed to stay in the room which was fine. Checkout was to be at 11 a.m. At 8:10, I was called by the staff and asked if I had left yet, I said no that my son had left to go to an appointment but would be back. A family member that lived locally arrived to visit me while my son was gone. At 10:00 a.m., I was again called to ask if I was gone and asked when I was going to leave. My son was late returning (had a flat on the freeway) so I had to rent the room for MORE THAN WHAT I PAID ORIGINALLY FOR ANOTHER NIGHT RATHER THAN THEM OFFER ME LATE CHECK OUT. We left at 12:30. 1.5 hours after checkout and housekeeping was still on site cleaning rooms. I was also told that no guests are allowed to even visit whatsoever unless they are registered. THIS IS INSANITY. AND they wanted notified when I left so the room could be cleaned for the night. Why when I already paid them almost double for it.
The room was nicely done.

United StatesI booked a room through booking.com. I chose the option to pay at the hotel. While I was busy in meetings at work I got interrupted by the hotel staff trying to charge my card. They called me and said they had to charge my card right now. I explained that I chose to pay at the hotel upon arrival but the man insisted that I had to allow him to charge my card for a pre-authorization. I let him charge my card and got back to my meeting. Later that evening when I arrived at the hotel and checked in, he charged my card again. I told him this was the second time he was charging my card and he said the first one was a pre-authorization and it would come off when I checked out. Then he said that they no longer provide breakfast (that's the main reason I chose this hotel because they advertised free breakfast!). The room had roaches and my husband and I were glad to get the hell out of there in the morning but when I went to check out they would not release the pre-authorization. I left and about a half hour later, not only did I have the two charges for the full price of the hotel but one of the charges went from $70 to $150! So now the total I have been charged for one night at the roach hotel is $220! I called the hotel and a woman told me that there was blood on the sheets so she was charging me $80 to replace the sheets. Yes, I did start my period but really? Are you freaking kidding me!?!?! So they absolutely screwed me over. The "pre-authorization" never came off of my card either. NEVER STAY HERE!!! YOU WILL REGRET it! I work a lot and I just wanted to have a nice little time to get away from it all and these guys couldn't have made the experience worse!
If I could give it zero, I would. This was the worst experience I've ever had with a hotel.

The confirmation email i got from booking.com also stated that breakfast is included. No nearby restaurant.

United Statesthe manager was to money hungry we where part of the tornado that made landfall on 01/24/2024 and destroyed apartment complex have no where to go we stayed here a week book a few days the threw booking to save money I was told after paying 3 regular day that to use the booking reservation I would I have to move my stuff out and couldn’t check back in until 3pm with management knowing that we had no where to go management it more concerned about the contracted accounts then the every day people that have to pay daily.
