Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United StatesThe restaurant was closed for renovation & the outside pool was dirty (that's to be expected though considering it's outdoors). I made reservations there because of the restaurant. It would've been nice if the staff mentioned it when I called the day before. The alarm kept beeping so we called the front desk. They were polite & got us a new battery. We also requested for a foldaway bed, but when we put it up, my son was going to lie on it & the legs buckled. He fell w/the bed (luckily his foot wasn't underneath). We looked at the mechanisms & there was duct tape around the hinges. The bed was tied w/strings, too. My spouse managed to fix it where it wouldn't fall again. I believe your motel needs new foldaway beds, so no one gets injured. It's an accident waiting to happen.
I liked the location and the room is spacious.

United Stateswe contacted Booking I'd say three days prior requesting to add one more night. He staff did not receive the request. I requested twice actually. Still not received. We did not get the booking discount. Manager kind enough to give a discount but not the same as Bookings.

Very clean and quiet. It is an older property, but it was well maintained, smelled good, had all needed amenities, and they accept pets and had a dog park. Very good Mexican Restaurant right across the street.

Everyone was very nice, the room was awesome and due to their kitchen being remodeled, they gave us fruit, muffins and yogurt with coffee. I missed the breakfasts from the kitchen but will get it next time! Can’t wait to go back!

We've stayed here before and enjoyed it. Stayed again and will in the future. Clean rooms and within walking distance to eateries. The lounge upstairs is awesome just as the staff are. Breakfast was delicious and served quickly.
