Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. For properties in these regions, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesThe hotel breakfast eggs and sausages were not kept at a proper hot temperature. The bathroom fan was not working properly, as it was slow to start and then made loud noises.
We stayed in a two room suite, which provided plenty of room for an extended stay. There was ample parking and the kitchenet was very helpful.

United StatesThey keys for the rooms are delicate. My key stopped working twice. The guy said I had to keep it away from anything magnetic. I took extra steps to keep it away from anything magnetic and yet the key would still stop working. When I would go to the front counter to have the issue corrected the guy instantly blamed me for it. I wouldn’t return to this place.

United StatesWe went specifically to this hotel with the plans and expectations to use the hot pool (after both a long trip and a long days of work), but the hot pool was seasonally opened and they DIDN'T advertise THAT PART on the website. I personally was very disappointed on that.
