Location as twice as far as what was on the website. Room was run down, a/c vents were dirty, broken outlet covers and huge gap between floor and door. Also don't get points from Wyndhamwhen biking through 3rd party.

The staff was good, I only stayed in room a short time due to unscheduled layover. Had to depart early for flight and staff open breakfast early for me. They only had cereal and toast for the most part.

Walking to the room the exterior walkways, stairs and such were dirty. One elevator was iffy in that it didn't work for us. The towels were very tiny. We had a non-smoking room but the bathroom smelled like an ashtray due to others smoking around us. We asked the person at front desk about the smoke in bathroom and they said it was probably due to other smoking rooms around the room and did not offer to change room. There was a used bar of soap left in the shower and the toilet seat was about to come off. Cleanliness was questionable.

No carpet in room was a bonus, made me feel like the floors were cleaner. The price was right and the location was good for our needs.

Main thing it’s that they don’t clean the rooms properly I have 2 years old kids they like to walk without shoes after one minute walking I noticed that their feet was black like never before they don’t Mop the floor

My first room was filthy .. had not even been cleaned. My second room was ok but it was NOT clean. Dirt and debris behind the toilet. Toilet was not clean either. I slept on top of the covers. Was not about to climb in those sheets

The room smelled of smoke and marijuana. The bed duvet had cigarettes burns on it(mind you this is a non-smoking room and there was a speech at check in about it) along with mystery stains on the duvet as well. The shower/tub was extremely hard to find the warm water (hot didn't exist) and once you found the warm water it took the water pressure down to half. The towels were almost see through. The icing on the cake was the used condom laying next to the elevator/ stairs as we went to the car to leave. 🤢🤮

The beds were kinda small like two twin beds. The room could have been a lot better. That bathroom is so far off from up to date. The bathtub was peeling and discolored made me not want to bathe.A/C was loud and creaky.

I liked the location and the front desk girl Jerri was the coolest I think the African guy is her boss but he was very sweet and helpful too.

I went into the room and it smelled like smoke ok fine I left and came back and there was food in the microwave from prior guest. I went downstairs and told the front desk person as well as the manger the manager stated he would change the room I asked for them to just clean the room and it would be fine I was told ok I went to get my nails done came back that night and the food from inside the microwave was on the table and the microwave was dirty
