Well let me begin. The room didn’t have a microwave The room was warm and the AC Room smelled of smoke and was a non smoking room daughter has allergies No coffee pot but had coffee. Ice machines???? With buckets in room Fridge was in bad shape freezer part had ice build up The main bed sheet had burnt holes from cigarettes The floors were a lil dirty. Breakfast said was included was just cereal and bread.

They did have a shower and bathroom.

Could have fruit or something besides toast, oatmeal, and bread for breakfast. Only give 2 large towels, even though we have more than 2 people.

Location as twice as far as what was on the website. Room was run down, a/c vents were dirty, broken outlet covers and huge gap between floor and door. Also don't get points from Wyndhamwhen biking through 3rd party.

The staff was good, I only stayed in room a short time due to unscheduled layover. Had to depart early for flight and staff open breakfast early for me. They only had cereal and toast for the most part.

The beds were kinda small like two twin beds. The room could have been a lot better. That bathroom is so far off from up to date. The bathtub was peeling and discolored made me not want to bathe.A/C was loud and creaky.

I liked the location and the front desk girl Jerri was the coolest I think the African guy is her boss but he was very sweet and helpful too.

Seems like a high crime area. Unsightly renovation of another building on the property.

The door bolt lock was broken, the bottom of the door rubber was gone so all the light came right thru the door, the floor leaked somewhere by the toilet when taking a shower so the floor got really wet, the noise was loud and hearing people just walk loud, the comforter had holes in it from cigarette, and the location didn’t feel like a good spot or area. Should have bigger pillows on the bed. By the bed the wall was coming apart at the bottom and looked like mold happening. The good thing I didn’t see and bed bugs.

That all the appliances worked and the heating system worked, got really hot water in the bathroom.

the breakfast was very sparse, not clean around the food counter asked for more OJ and what was out was it and this was before 8 am

Walking to the room the exterior walkways, stairs and such were dirty. One elevator was iffy in that it didn't work for us. The towels were very tiny. We had a non-smoking room but the bathroom smelled like an ashtray due to others smoking around us. We asked the person at front desk about the smoke in bathroom and they said it was probably due to other smoking rooms around the room and did not offer to change room. There was a used bar of soap left in the shower and the toilet seat was about to come off. Cleanliness was questionable.

No carpet in room was a bonus, made me feel like the floors were cleaner. The price was right and the location was good for our needs.

Main thing it’s that they don’t clean the rooms properly I have 2 years old kids they like to walk without shoes after one minute walking I noticed that their feet was black like never before they don’t Mop the floor

When we was checking in the lady with the red hair was very rude and drunk she said she wasn’t checking us In until 11 o’clock but once the man came in he told her to leave in check us in

There were zero bath towels to take a shower, thankfully that wasn't an issue. On a king size bed they had 3 SAMLL pillows and when we asked for more we were denied.

That they had a room because the other booking .Com holtel canceled our reservation half hour before we arrived
