We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The facilities were new and very clean. Front desk staff was super friendly. Room was spacious and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was hot and delicious! Will definitely stay here again when we are in the area. Shuttle to Deadwood was an added bonus!

United StatesThe only thing I can say negatively would be that we paid extra for the view of the city, and there was a huge piece of metal that had come off the roof hanging in our view.
We love staying here. Clean, friendly, comfortable, good breakfast, great location, love the covered parking option. This is not our first time staying here and we will be staying here again

Everything about this hotel was exceptional. The staff were friendly, cheerful, and knowledgeable about the area and the hiking trail I was looking for. Unfortunately due to a freak snow storm in May I wasn't able to do it but that's not on them. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. It honestly may have been the most comfortable hotel bed I have ever slept in. That's not an exaggeration, it was that comfortable. Breakfast was pretty standard but a lot of options that should satisfy everyone. Value for what I paid was fantastic. The room and facilities I would have expected to pay more honestly. Really though, the staff are the highlight. Just fun people to talk to. Not the robotic "name, Driver's license' credit card, here's your room" interaction at many other hotels.

The man cleaning the bathroom and later vacuuming the front area was also helpful and friendly. The people working made our stay very pleasant.

This was my first time using the fitness room and I was impressed, very neat organized and they have more equipment than most hotels I've stayed at!
