The door to the room was messed up a Lil to the point I couldn't get in my room had to get the staff to help me get in the room then when I went to sleep woke up with bed bug bites on me an the internet wasn't working well

Facility needs updating, carpet dirty and worn bathroom needs maintenance had to flush several times to get toilet to go down completely

A lot of things didn't work. The cleanliness was horrible. We didn't get any shampoo.

The staff were very kind, but the motel itself is less than standard at best.

M Over all clean. Could use some renovations. Hallways smell terribly of smoke. Room did not smell of smoke but was musty.

Ms. J. Brown at the front desk was amazing. She helped me get some very important papers printed that i had forgotten at home. She really helped me through a tight spot.

Bed were not all the way made up....have photos Toilet was broke had to use hangers to flush....room 112 and have photos Shower curtain had black stains inside and out To check in i stood inside for 20 mins nobody ever came to check on me until i left our my second time and at that point i had already wrote a note i left and went to sheetz for 10 mins and came back

Faucet leaking. Went to take shower and water came spraying a straight hard pressure stream out of knob hitting far end of tub and could not take a shower.

Did not eat there. Had to leave because got called to work on a Emergency

Shower drain wasn’t letting the water drain so I was standing in ankle deep water. I had to hold the plunger to get the water drained.

Needs refreshing thoughout, plumbing had minor issues in our room (shower dripping, toilet running) and breakfast not managed appropriately.

Some of the lights didn't work. The coffee pot in the room didn't work. The safe in the room didn't work. No room to easily move the shower bench out of the shower. Only one washcloth and one towel for two people.

Overall it was clean. The facility was easily accessible. Parking was great. The staff was pleasant, but not overly helpful. The bed linens were clean as well as the bath.

The bed was very comfortable. The manager was very nice. He said he would see about adjusting my bill.

. Several of the outlets didn't work, including the one where the fridge and microwave were. Couldn't keep my food cold. Only 2 lights worked in the room. My room was not cleaned one day and I had to call front desk for clean towels. There was a very bad smell upon entrance to the room, but once inside, it dissipated. There was no ice machine on 2nd floor, and no elevator

There were car alarms and people running around inside and outside all night. Floors were stained and outlets were loss.

The property needs to be updated, tv was so small , bed was too lumpy and I sinked in it very uncomfortable. Cleaning lady did not replenished the toilet paper nor vacuumed the room, carpets were so old.

The staff at the office were very friendly and helpful . That is the only good thing about my stay.

The Afternoon Front desk worker had a HORRIBLE attitude. She also shared with other employees who weren’t working at the time of my stay my full name & said mean things about the people inside my room. Toliet inside my room got backed up which caused me to move rooms ( Which was FILTHY) & deal with the woman’s attitude. I tried to help the best way I can but she already had it in her heart to be HATEFUL. I only stayed here because my Family was but NEVER AGAIN
