Staff were rude. Instead of knocking , the staff would walk in, not once, but twice. They threatened to call police if we were not off the property by 11, or telling my wife to leave cause they have to come into our room. So wife leaves, they didn't clean or nothing. Then when they did leave, or room door was left open all day. Now we're missing belongings and when we went to the desk about it, they said that the door being left open didn't happen. So now I'm liar.

Had to give $25 for pet in room and yet rug was stained, small dog went under bed and she found used paper plates and likely something she was eating under there!! Hope she doesn’t get sick!! The only chair seat was also stained and ripped.

Not much of a Breakfast. Only small sticky package muffins, a apple or a fruit cup to eat. No boil eggs or a toaster or oatmeal. The breakfast had No food good for I Diabetic person to eat. They did have Good coffee..

Holes in walls poorly patched and not repainted. Behind night stand hasn't been vacuumed in a long time. Non smoking room had smokers smoking on balcony nearby

I was charged twice for the stay, even though the clerk said I was charged once by my bank statement shows I was charged twice. The weekend staff didn’t know how to fix it and after I checked in, went to the assigned room, the room card didn’t work, I had to go back to the office already upset that all my money for the weekend was taken out and I was just tired and didn’t have any money to go anywhere else. On Saturday evening after spending my time around the town, my room card didn’t work, again. I had to go back to the office to get it set up again. Very inconvenient considering they didn’t even offer to call the management team for me to fix this.

I had privacy, no one in either room beside me which was awesome.

The room was a bit dingy, and in need of repairs, and the carpet was loose. Breakfast was no breakfast.

Dirty room, old furniture, the mattress was a disaster.. felt like it had a hole in the middle. The room smelled bad. Pool was not in function. Would not recommend staying there unless they do some renovations

Two people, 1 set towels. Bugs in floor. Another customer complained about my parking and received room change. I don't care, but I had 16" from tire to line on one side and 20" from tire to line on the opposite side. One bed has sharp metal edge sticking out for your leg to hit every time.

The room was about three doors away from ice machine.

No laundry facilities on site, the room had lots of issues with the drain in the bathroom and toilet, the room was dirty and missing things like a trash can.

The staff was helpful and conveniently located next to restaurants and grocery stores.

Beds very uncomfortable. Hard. Worn carpet bath fans, TV did not work. carpet coming loose at door way. Old unit that needs much attention.. Furniture scratched and worn.

It needs an upgrade. The furniture was worn and stained. We reserved a King bed and got a room with 2 queen beds.

Old style rooms need to be updated the TV cost more then the room....tile in bathroom was cracked the tub spout hole you could see through toilet was way to small need to be updated

Pipes producing noise all night, big Avenue in front of our window also disturbing. The included breakfast was terrible, nothing could be saved from coffee to muffins.

Service...a very friendly old lady is very welcoming.
