Musty smell, a/c didn’t cool the room down. Noisy people partying in the hotel, others talking loudly all hours of the night and dogs barking. I got very little sleep.

No water pressure. No carpet in halls. Blow drier broke. Construction crew ate all breakfast. Booking was supposed to be side by side rooms and were 8 rooms apart. Headboard had holes. Lamps in one room broken.

Entire property is under renovation. Hallways with no carpet, refrigerator in the lobby. Once the renovations are completed I am sure it will be nice. I chose not to stay. Charged full price even with all the construction.

The rugs in the hallway is missing and the first room the air conditioner didn't work the breakfast was not there remodeling I got changed 98 dollars for my second night I paid 3 dollars to wash a load of laundry and 3dollers to dry the laundry 6dollers to wash one load of laundry.no alarm clock in the second room I was moved to and no place to plug in the microwave or coffee pot internet didn't work. I'm very dissatisfied with the hotel and the condition of the place.somthing needs to be done and I should get at least part of my money back and I got charged a 40doller deposit for the room when I have the receipt from you telling me I don't owe nothing to the hotel when I got there and I was.

Since a tremendous amount of remodeling was being done to change the facility from a Baymont by Wyndham to a Days Inn by Wyndham, there was no carpet in the hallways, there was tremendous construction noise and, thus, the $91.58 charge was outrageous and should have been at least reduced by half. Also, the fact that we booked our stay in the Baymont & that name was still on the facility, yet the charge to my credit card was for Days Inn Fort Smith US shows FRAUD! Our booking was well enough in advance that the management was derelict in not communicating with us in advance about the changes and construction. Even the written communication posted by management on the check-in window was full of grammatical and spelling errors. SHAME ON THE BAYMONT/DAYS INN MANAGEMENT, SHAME ON WYNDHAM AND SHAME ON BOOKING, COM!!!

Absolutely filthy room. Small specks on blood splatter on wall by toilet. Sink clogged, stained lamp shade, body fluid on bed skirts. Dirt and hair in shower drain. Sheets smelled of old cooking oil.

Couldn't get help from the staff. Waited for 45 minutes to get some to the front desk. And when she got there she was rude. I thought maybe I was being mean. But I walked back in 10 minutes later. And another guest was arguing with the same lady. I will never go back here again.

elevator did not work, I carried a heavy bag with files up 3 flights of stairs, walls had stuff all over them, mold in the corners and a spot on the bed sheet looked like mold.

I didn't like that there was not a sign that you could put out on your door to keep from being bothered I was woke up at 12:30 at night again at 8:30 that morning and then again somebody banging on my door at 2:30 in the afternoon. Didn't care for the tub the tub sunk in the middle and held water. Needs to be cleaned better looking underneath the Shelf where the sink is there was a lot of trash underneath the siding on the wall is coming off.
