Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United StatesEverything was old, extremely old. No plugs on the lamps and wall plugs not properly installed. Furniture was worn and the bathroom was horrible doesn’t appear to have been updated or even have proper maintenance in years. Towels were stained and scratchy. heat but no AC.
The location was good if you’re looking for something affordable near Shenandoah or the George Washington National Forest. Room was clean, but in desperate need of updates.

United StatesDirty, unkempt rooms. Stains and cigarettes burn holes in the sheets. We had literally a broken mirror and killed a roach the first night there in our bathroom. EXTREMELY sad excuse for “breakfast.” Granola bar, crackers, banana, and a tiny water. We had to go out to eat somewhere else which we were trying to avoid doing by booking a hotel with “breakfast.”

United StatesBreakfast, what breakfast? A grab and go breakfast consisting of a banana and a granola bar. Wasn't what I was expecting. One of the bedside lights was out.
Very comfy bed. Was clean and had travel size soaps and shampoo. Very convenient to town and highway.Looked like a nice pool if it had been warmer. Next door to a civil war museum.

United StatesThe bathtub had mold near the faucet and hair in the tub. They gave us a room with full beds not queen(we paid for queen), we were too tired to fight to switch rooms. Their "continental breakfast" is a brown banana, tiny bottle of water, crackers in a brown paper bag.-which they have been doing for years now- The site shows the room is supposed to have a microwave(it did not) The room had 2 towels for 4 people. 2 of the rags had black makeup stains. And both top bed sheets had some sort of red staining on it.
Location was great and the price was perfect Beds were fairly comfortable.

Even if I mention in the reservation it was 5 ppl, the beds only had 2 pillows each which were small pillows. There were 2 bath towels only in the bathroom. Front desk person was not friendly. When I arrived ,I came in and said "hello". He just looked at me. I said ine more time. "Hello, can you hear me?", with a smile on my face. He replied "yes". Originally was under impression maybe hasn't heard me. But for working front desk, he needs to work on his customer service skills.

The third room was nice, but you tell no one had been in it for awhile, because there were dead bugs on the floor. The Continential breakfast, was a paper bag with a banana, granola bar and water.

United StatesUpon arriving I immediately noticed that the property was recently purchased. Room were totally torn out awaiting rebuild. The breakfast area was totally demolished. The breakfast, if you could call it that consisted of an old banana, cheese/peanut butter crackers, a breakfast bar and a bottle of water. It was so sad I had to laugh. If i was travelling for business or had my family with me it would have been a disaster.

United KingdomBreakfast is not there as it is mentioned on the site while booking the room. Cleanliness is not as per the mark, AC vents are full of dirt, and seems they never cleaned it. Even the tables sink and bathroom are not cleaned well. No microwave in the room.
The location is nice as it is near to the planned place. From the outside, the hotel is nice with the panoramic view of the mountains.
