We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

CanadaIt’s dated and there’s still some kinks being worked out I think. Small things like our bed was made really poorly—the sheet was hanging off the end onto the floor and the pillows were all thrown in the middle of the bed. I’m confident they’ll work it out though.
The staff is really friendly and accommodating. The location is great. The new owners took over the property about 2 months ago, so they’re getting it back on track apparently. I think it’s going to be a great spot once they have more time with it!

United StatesI hate bashing this hotel. Because the staff are amazing the front desk personnel, the housekeeping, and the owners were amazing. But this hotel is old and it needs a lot of updating. It has carpet throughout, which needs to be replaced to tile it smells the rooms around the pool smell a little musty, it was what I needed to be close to the airport but the hotel is dated and the carpet is so bad. It needs to be steam cleaned three times. The room was comfortable. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom is extremely small. It was for the night.

SpainI was expecting a better facilities for the price paid. The building is too old and old fashion. The Breakfast had a very poor quality and choices. The Bathroom could be better as it was very old and not too comfortable. WIFI was not too stable.
The size of the room was big enough. The location met my expectations. The different access to the building helped to solve the lack of elevator when you come with big luggage.
