Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

Clean and comfortable rooms. Connecting rooms were a plus since traveling with kids. Tasty food at the hotel restaurant.

ArgentinaI liked most of it, but there was no one in the entrance to help guests with their luggage, many people was carrying just their carry on but I arrived with 3 cases of luggage by myself and couldn’t even move them, I had to ask for someone to do it for me and it was actually someone working in front desk was nobody working exclusively in the entrance with the guests, same thing in the morning when I needed to get them from my room to the lobby floor.

Super close to the airport, the rooms are ample and clean. There is a restaurant and a 24hr pantry to buy things. the personnel was helpful.

United StatesMy room had a draft coming in through the balcony door which made it hard to warm the room, it was 25 degrees outside at night. I complained to the front desk and they stated someone would come take a look at the door but no one ever came. Also, the shower water takes a while to warm up.
The property was in good distance from everything and the 24hr shuttle is very convenient.
