The mattress was a little lumpy. The refrigerator made a loud humming noise which was coming from the freezer section.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a good location. The price was good.

Staff is very friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean except for the floor which had dust. The lady at the reception was able to get us kitchen items we requested for. Kitchen had the basic required items to cook.

I did not enjoy the bed. It could have been bigger and better placed on wall and floor.

The location was close to airport. I love that the hotel was right across from a shopping mall and restaurants.

This is a long stay location so is a little dated but is clean and tidy.

I choose this property because of it's location and price. The location because I was using public transport, the south transit is close and because I was staying for over 8 night the price was approx $50 per night.

One of the beds was pretty uncomfortable and loud anytime my daughter moved.

Loved having the kitchenette. Cute setup. It was perfect for our family.

Rooms are all studios only. Basic appliances and no dishwasher or garbage disposal. Refurbishment is rough in places and overall not luxury. Dining space is limited. Only has enough serving ware for 2 people and no prep knives, so bring your own. Not the most glamorous part of town.

Clean, good sized rooms. Kitchenette is nice to have. Staff was great. Bus to the strip picks up right across the street and short walk to the outlets and restaurants. Easy to get in and out of property if you are driving. Overall, a good option if you want space over features and services for a short stay.

I specifically reserved 2 beds and was given ONE at check-in with no options. This was very disappointing. I was staying with a co-worker because rooms were very limited and one bed was awkward. We stayed at a location further away, and paid the extra transportation costs, in order to have 2 beds. Communication was non-existent.

Thin mattress on beds. Weird bed springs. Uncomfortable. Didn't even have plastic glasses in the room. Kitchen very poorly equipped. Very noisy occupants all night. Nice towels.

The bed wasn’t very comfortable and although I had Wifi, I couldn’t link into the server for internet while in the hotel.

Very minor.... But please our bug traps to get rid of the cockroaches. We saw one cockroach per day. Not a biggie... But just one small area to improve.

I was uneasy that there was no reception for guests arriving after 7pm - I had to telephone the night staff to get them to check us in. Bed was not particularly comfortable and the air-con was very noisy

When we got there we were instantly on edge.. the Seigel shares its carpark with a petrol station and there were 2 homeless guys hanging around drinking alcohol watching us unload our cases. We went in and checked in.. the desk clerk was nice.. polite and helpful. We he told us our room was ground floor just to the left my heart sank.. when we went in the room was very clean and presentable but it was right next to the lobby... even worse there was another door in our room which led back into the lobby and wasnt secure.. it had a notice on it lobby side saying 'This isnt an exit'.. It just didnt feel at all safe. When I asked to be moved the clerk was again very polite but explained there wasnt an equivilant room like ours (with kitchenette) available.. in fact they only have 5 rooms available as hotel rooms as all the rest are long term rents... This is not a hotel.. its a residential apartment block.. that is not made clear when booking or I would never have booked in the first place! We checked out immediately.. again the desk clerk and his manager were very understanding and polite but I still had to pay for the first nights booking.. and then arrange another hotel in Vegas at the weekend. I think what the building actually is should be made clearer.. it will save people time and money.. When I book a hotel I want to stay at a hotel.. not a residential block.

The water pressure in the tub was low are room we have to wait until 1 to check in and it was hot out there waiting on are room was tried from the drive and tried of going to the sore to by time I book the room thinking I can check-in as soon as possible

First room we were assigned to was actively being painted. Second room we were assigned to had an odor and we had our bathroom flooded by the upstairs unit just before midnight, necessitating a maintenance call and delaying our rest. Bed was uncomfortable.
