You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

When I booked this room it said breakfast was included and they had no idea about that or if they were even allowed to give me free breakfast.

United States of AmericaThe sofa bed had a fork within the folded mattress. The mattress itself was quite thin. You could feel the frame of the bed when lying down. Also, although we had paid to include breakfast for the room (for three adults), we were only given complimentary breakfast for two.
The room and facilities were very good. Easily accessible for mobility impaired guests and close to the highway. The staff was very friendly and helpful too.

Due to the concern that the toilet would not flush without over flowing, we would have to leave the room and go downstairs every time we had to use the bathroom. We could not relax in our room knowing that if we had to use the bathroom we would have to leave the room. We were told this would be taken care of but it never was.
We didn't eat at the restaurant. Not even sure there was one although there was a Starbucks in the lobby. The staff were very friendly but they seem to get little help from the corporate office.

The pool was DISGUSTING! There was a slime film across the entire top. Web site says pool has been broke since 2022! Hot tub is filled in with cement not told that on web site. Rugs were just dirty!
