The first complaint is that breakfast was not included in the rates. Second complaint is that when you enter the room, it smells very musty like wet carpet that has not dried properly. After being in the room for a few minutes, you got used to the smell.

The location is near the casinos and boardwalk restaurants. The front lobby is nicely decorated.

They had fans in halls drying out halls and rooms that had flooded that were noisy. There was a musty smell and bed was lumpy.

The greeting when I came to the front desk left much to be desired. Also, I was assured that an early check in was secured. I ended up having to wait an additional time for a handicap accessible room. Not cool.

Breakfast was a bit simple, but I had a great customer service experience.

The bathroom sink was not clean and the shower had black mold around the knobs and handle.

The Starbucks coffee for breakfast was a definite plus!

The loud family next to me over the weekend but that happens everywhere it seems.However,Monday and the weekdays were very nice and quiet. There is a train and it can be a bit loud but the beds were very comfortable and the room was nice and clean. I actually had a really good view and enjoyed watching the train go by.

The staff.They were the best 👌 I have never met better staff and that was in every area of the hotel. The receptionists were great. The lady and gentleman behind the bar serving meals were wonderful and the housekeepers were friendly. Even the man outside sweeping was welcoming with a big smile❤️

Booking.com information on the breakfast is out of date. The opportunity to purchase a fixed price breakfast was eliminated during the Covid pandemic and has not been reinstated. Hot tub was not working.

Location is very good, at one end of the Louisiana Boardwalk - a beautiful upscale open air shopping center. It also happened to be quite close to the NW Louisiana Veterens' Home. Facilities are very nice.

When we first arrived the receptionist wasn't to friendly. She didn't tell us anything about the hotel. I think she was more worried about the $25 deposit and sliding my I.D across counter.

Sadly, the Boardwalk was much changed since our last visit--fewer shops, businesses open. Off-season, perhaps the rooms did not need to be so high or, with current rates, complimentary breakfast options would have been appreciated.

Location was great--enjoyed staying right on the Boardwalk. Our room faced the railroad tracks but did not notice noise too badly. Room was immaculate! Staff was friendly and helpful.

Tv seems to has signal issues, but when we called the front they set maintenance man up with in 5 minutes and he was more than happy to fix it. And the walls are thin. We could hear everyone word a group next to us was having. We called the front to have them to quiet down. It was all of 5 minutes when security knocked on their door and made it clear they needed to quiet down. I really don't have a true complaint.

The bed was extremely comfortable. Room was clean. AC worked AMAZING. We set it on 63 and it got freaking COLD, ICE COLD. The river view we got was perfect bc you could see the bridge and casinos and river with nothing in the way. Staff is great, friendly, and actually complete requests in a very timely manner. Pool was clean and big with lots of seating around.
