Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe bathroom and the balcony needed help. The balcony was wet and nasty. It could not be used. The bathroom toilet had deep scratches in it and all towels looked brownish including sheets. The hotel did include notes about brown water. Also, we had to pay separately for parking. I wasn't told about that ahead of time.

United StatesI did not like the prices of the breakfast menu items, and I could not open both sides of the closet door in my room. I did report it, but did not follow through in getting someone to fix it. The tub was also very low for me.
I did not experience the breakfast. Hopefully, next time I will have a better few from my room. What I like best was the location.

The gentleman said it was an error from their end, he apologized and said it would be refunded. I never did get the .25 cents refunded, so I just paid it.
