You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaThat the TV's in my suite didn't work properly. Green hue on screen. The only channel that worked was ESPN. I had to use my Netflix account and after a while that didn't work either. I told staff when I checked out and they apologized but did not offer any compensation.

Although the cleaning staff were just as cordial and willing to assist, they may wish to add cleaning the a/c vents in the room, wiping the lamp bases, pulling hair out of shower drain. With regard to the patio (which is a really nice refuge), removing the seat cushion and cleaning out the accumulation of leaves and occasional bug remnants would make the space perfect. Otherwise, we are very pleased with the overall experience. Blessings, Ron & Theresa

My family has stayed at this Courtyard Marriott several times over the years, mostly for its location. They’ve updated some rooms, but not all, so we never know if we’re going to get the outdated bathroom with a heavy swinging door and plain mirror, or something a bit better. The pool reeks of bleach. There’s a Starbucks in the lobby, which I like, but other family members would prefer free coffee. The beds and pillows could use upgrading. Our first floor room was too noisy, with guests entering nearby rooms very late at night. Nothing terrible, but a mixed experience, for sure!

United States of AmericaThe bed was lumpy and tilted/ sloped down from one side to the other. I froze the first night, even with turning up the heat a bit and then asked for a blanket for the second and third nights. When I got home, I took a nap and did not wake up for four hours - so exhausted from poor sleep.
There was no breakfast of any kind on Labor Day. I liked that they changed my room when I arrived and found the location was hard for me to get to with my disability and then they helped me with the cart for luggage etc.
