Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United StatesNeeds better upkeep. The rail in the lobby had chipped paint, only free wifi was in the lobby, there was a leak in the hallway and the ceiling tile fell almost hitting me in the head. Only two food options available on site but only one was worth going to (Fandagles). In the other where breakfast was served, the chairs were dirty the staff disorganized and unattentive (we had to get our own coffee from hostess station) it was not good. My key card stopped working twice, I had to walk from my room (11th floor) back to the lobby twice, wearing heels and a ball gown 🤦♀️. I was not happy.

The pool was amazing, they also have a Starbucks which is a huge plus, BUT the staff takes the cake. Every single person from management, valet, restaurant staff, the concierge, literally every person I interacted with had amazing customer service.

United StatesSo many things that I need more than 2-3 sentences to explain. The valet service was not optional like the listing stated, the ice machine on my floor didn’t work. The ac shut itself off while I was gone so I came back to a hot room, there was loud music outside every night, 3 separate times that I came to the valet desk, there was no one there and I had to wait or look around for people. One of the valets wouldn’t get out of my vehicle when I was in a hurry to leave. He was taking an international call from my drivers seat. The breakfast wasn’t complimentary, the internet wasn’t complimentary. I was harassed by a drunk man from the bar across the street right at the front door where the valet was supposed to be but wasn’t. The convention I came for was fantastic but I almost would have rather stayed on a bench in the lobby of the galleria than to have to come back and deal with the hotel. Before this trip, I agreed to another visit for an Orlando trip and now I don’t want to use your hotel at all.
The place looked very nice. The water pressure was good. Thats about it.

United StatesThere is a few little things that they need to work out. Little quips and quarks here and there that they need to work but. But I think that they will get it taken. Care of had a little bug problem. So it's just a few things that need to be taken care of.
The overall experience at the hotel was excellent. Staff was amazing. The facilities was everything that a child. If you're you know, traveling with children would need, the food was amazing.

United StatesOnly big issue I had was the food. Never stayed at a hotel where there wasn’t complimentary breakfast. I understand that there was a more expensive breakfast option, but to even charge for generic continental breakfast was a bit of a shock for my fiancé and I.
Loved the location for the price. Super close to both State Farm and Mercedes Benz arenas as well as Olympic Park. Got to walk and enjoy the evening air for the Kane Brown concert.
