Breakfast is so good that the breakfast room can get a little crowded with all the guests as well as the food runs out and there's a bit of a wait for more food to come out.

The pool is very nice, the hot tub is bigger than most.

The hotel is showing its age. I realize staffing is an issue but it could have been cleaner. Ex. stairs were dirty.

The kids loved the pool although the pictures on the web site led me to believe the slides were bigger. They didn't run the slide all day either. The size of the rooms was good.

Elevator and stairs looked like they hadn't been vacuumed for months. There was litter in our hallway that was never picked up during our stay. It made the place look dirty.

We like the helpful, friendly staff, the pool area and workout room, and the outdoor patio with firepit. We also liked the quiet neighborhood and location of the property.

In the images online the water slide and the pool were major contributors for us picking your hotel. None of these were working or in operation during the whole day peris full stay. This included the hot tub. My children and us as parents were very disappointed in this fact.

I like the breakfast, the staff that took care of breakfast was neat and orderly and kept the place clean.

There are really no places to hang towels in the bathroom. Trying to conserve energy and water by reusing towels is difficult if they can't dry properly.

the carpet in our room was dirty. We chose this hotel for the water slide specifically - but it didn’t open until 7:00. My six year old grandson was already done by that time. I would not have chosen this hotel if I had known the water slide hours. very disappointing.

The room vent and hairdryer were dirty. The pool smelled so strong of chlorine and the adult-only after 10 pm rule is not correct. They were a bunch of kids in there until 11 pm.

The pool area had a very strong Chlorine smell throughout the whole pool area, the hallways smelt of terrible chlorine, when in the pool area and in the hot tub or pool the chlorine is so strong it burns your eyes and makes your throat even hurt, you get a bad headache because how strong the chlorine is. The front desk was never around to answer the phone when we would call and have questions to ask them. Elevator and hallways need a good cleaning. Elevator was very slow. No towels available in pool area, bathroom door in pool area does not latch close and lock so you aren't even able to use a bathroom in privacy. The kiddie pool is absolutely freezing ice cold. Pool area could use a good cleaning. Clocks are incorrect in pool area so don't know the time even if you wanted to. Floors are dirty in breakfast area of hotel. Front desk was complaining to me about other customers that previously were staying there and I don't feel that's appropriate. Parking lot doesn't have a lot of parking. Pool slide could be quite dangerous especially without being supervised and having proper rules enforced. Rust stains everywhere in pool area. Shower curtains sucked, and the showers pressure was so high it literally hurt my kids and their skin it hurt taking a shower. And even though shower curtain was covering shower the water leaks everywhere in the bathroom and the moisture from having no air flow or vent in shower bathroom area the moisture from showering causes water to be everywhere in the bathroom.

The room was clean. Bathrooms were clean in common areas. Breakfast had a great variety for the kiddos.

Pool deck needed to be cleaned. There were no towel racks in the bathroom in the room. The staff was unable to keep towels stocked in the pool area.
