Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Is a short drive to most attractions. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good.

United StatesI did not appreciate the $150.00 deposit because we stayed there back in January and there was no deposit. I don't have a problem with the deposit but it not being credited back right after checkout is a SCAM. THE MANAGEMENT IS TAKING ALL THE DEPOSIT MONEY AND DRAWING INTEREST OFF OF IT FOR 10 TO 15 DAYS BEFORE RETURNING THE MONEY. MY BANK DOES NOT TAKE 25 DAYS TO GET A REFUND.
The room was comfortable. The check in process was very smooth The breakfast options were very good.

United StatesThe air conditioner was very loud. Even though it was summer in Texas, I opted to turn it off a number of times in the late evening, even overnight.
It was more than adequate and very good value. The hotel seemed recently refurbished. For breakfast, there was some variation in the hot items from day to day.

United StatesBreakfast was very limited (no meat, old fruit). Some of the outlets didn't work. The bathtub was not clean. We asked for towels to take a shower, and we were told they were all dirty and were being washed & to find a housekeeper ourselves to see if they have any clean ones. It was an ok hotel but not worth $185 per night.
Beds were comfortable. Good location. The waffles & orange juice were good.

Very clean and modern, front desk staff was both efficient and courteous, the elevator was really helpful as my father uses a walker. The courtesy suitcase wagon was helpful as well. Breakfast was okay.

I didn't expect linens to be changed but certainly fresh towels, trash emptied etc. There is no place to hang the towels so they need to be exchanged each day. The side entry doors need to be replaced. Front desk staff not very friendly. But we survived. The room had a strange smell the first night but was better the second

Very nice stayover out of the busy Dallas/Fort Worth area, excellent spot to head out of if you're leaving early in the morning. Very helpful and friendly staff, some food options nearby, clean rooms, very good value for money ratio.
