I didn't like what the outside looked like. To be honest it look rundown. I was very upset that online it states there is a indoor swimming pool and there it's I have kids and that was my main focus point. There was numerous drug users waking property which made me feel uncomfortable leaving my car outside. And the breakfast was horrible, we had to ask for fresh eggs and the fruit was rotten. We did not eat we went to IHOP instead.

I like that it smelled really clean when you walked in and that the lobby looks like the picture online.

Our room faced a club on the weekend they had a super loud live band with speakers blaring until 1am. Windows didn't shield from the sound. Bathroom door didn't shut all the way and blinds kept getting stuck.

I booked for the indoor pool and hot tub that was advertised but was told upon arrival they didn't have that. Breakfast was not a set time to close. Tv buffered on all channels to the point of just starring at a frozen screen.

Bed was comfortable and road noise was not as bad as some.

the bedbugs, the fact that housekeeping comes in your room being very unprofessional and not being sensitive to privacy especially being a solo traveler that made me uncomfortable, the casual nature of the bedbug situation not having fully functional facilities and the siding off the side of the building being an older hotel made me have to find more suitable accommodations.

Breakfast was not that good. Eggs and sausage were over cooked. Waffle maker wasn't working correctly. they did offer toast, juice, cereal, and coffee. The A/C unit made a funny noise, and the TV remote didn't work most of the time. Was on the third floor and the elevator was very squeaky as a belt or something was slipping my grandson and family were scared on it. There is not a pool at this facility as it was posted as they did have one

the worst part of our stay is that somebody tried coming into our room around midnight. made us very uneasy and when mentioned the next morning they said that there computer systems went down and they were trying to see which rooms were still available

we do understand the property is under remodel but there were a few things that just made us feel uncomfortable.
