The room came with reliable WiFi, a tiny refrigerator and safe. However, no coffee/ tea apparatus in the room. We really missed this during our 4 night stay. Coffee is available in the downstairs lobby from 6-10 am only! and good coffee it is. But it does not make up for not having an in-room coffee maker. Also, and this is not unique to this hotel by any means, it should be a matter of course and good hospitality not to place a movement impaired guest in a room furthest away from the elevator possible.

I am a particular fan of the preservation of the old industrial buildings unique in the USA. Thus this building sparked my interest and desire to stay in a historical setting. I was not disappointed: a beautiful red brick building with its huge wooden beams exposed in its interior. Nice rooms with matching neo industrial accoutrements, a very comfortable bed, nicely designed and decorated bathroom with nice body products. There is a nice restaurant and bar on the premises: reservations in the weekend are a must. Free seating at the bar. Food was good and plentiful. The outlets and a multitude of restaurants were all within an easy drive away. The hotel has parking including handicapped parking spaces.

Probably the biggest negative. there was no breakfast other than coffee. and it is terrible to only offer fake creamer and not milk or half and half for that.

The only thing we didn't like was the staff person who checked us in, as she wasn't super friendly. All the other staff we met on our visit were awesome.

We liked the historic aspect of the hotel, and how it was converted to a nice hotel. Large comfortable rooms with all the updated convivences.

Further from downtown than I thought-not really a walkable distance, especially at night. Walks seemed thin and you could hear voices in the hall and room next door quite plainly.

Architecturally beautiful building. Room was comfortable, clean, and ready upon my early arrival. Very quiet area and felt very safe. Staff members were pleasant and helpful.

The only problem I had was that the toilet was so low to the ground. It was so hard for me to get up and down. I do have issues with my bones. I have cancer, so it was very hard for me to get up and down on the toilet seat, but everything else was wonderful.

I love the building It was very special. It looks so cool. The restaurant was amazing. The bar and the food was good.

The rooms have wooden ceilings and much noise from people above. It didn't keep me awake, but was louder than one would expect. For the price would have liked a simple breakfast, which they did not offer.

The floors are creaky. Those staying in the room above us were very heavy footed and the creak in the floor boards kept us awake.

The location is great. Just a quick trip to downtown and Amish country. The hotel has a unique charm that is well worth the visit.

The location is convenient. Staff are friendly and helpful. The room was quiet, comfortable, a good size. Good shower and good storage. The restaurant is very good for evening meals.

The halls were noisy both nights, it seemed there might be a large party staying. We might have been better off on the upper floor, but our first room was not clean and we were moved to a room downstairs.

The esthetic of the property was the first thing I liked. The beds were surprisingly comfortable and we slept well.
