Our room was slightly smaller than shown on the pictures and the bathroom was tiny, but not a major issue. What we felt could be improved is customer service. The TV in our room did not work, which we reported twice to the staff at the reception, yet nothing was done about it during the three days we stayed at the hotel.

Decent hotel reasonably close to the city centre. Simple and clean rooms. Staff was welcoming at arrival and shared recommendations for nearby restaurants and cafes.

The bathroom was very cramped, to the point that it was difficult to move around, especially as the door opened into it.

Perfect location. Walking distance to Fenway Park, shopping, restaurants entertainment. If you are going to take the duck tour, pickup location is 1 block away. Bed, bathroom all nice. Complementary water was a welcoming sight after a night out.

The hotel is a bit oldish, it could benefit from a renovation and maybe also a restyling.

The hotel is ideally located close to Copley square in the Back Bay neighbourhood of Boston, a very lively area full of restaurants and bars. It is well connected with the tram and not too far from downtown either.

The A/C was on 05/16/24 could not turn it off and took sick. Maintenance shut it down the next day.

Check-in and check-out very smooth. Front desk staff very accommodating, amenities and polite staff on the floor’s. Copley Square is a fantastic location - walking distance to restaurants, coffeehouses, museums and stores… .

The location is ideal! There is so much to do and see within walking distance of the hotel. It’s also super close to a T stop which makes getting anywhere in the city convenient. The room was pristine and the staff was lovely and had great recommendations.

They really need to work on updating the rooms. A sitting area in the lobby was missing which for me is a big deal.

The location of the hotel is amazing. It's literarily in the heart of downtown Boston. Walking distance to all major landmarks, shopping, restaurants, etc.

There is free coffee available on the ground floor but would have liked this to be available in the room. Gym is also available but is really small and not much in it. Had to ask for shower gel to be replenished. Issue with air-conditioning in room which was resolved by a fan being brought into the room.

Excellent location and very easy to get to and from airport on the Logan Express. Staff were really helpful and always on hand when needed - notably fantastic customer service compared to other places. Rooms super clean.

Very expensive for what is on the offer. There is no hotel parking available and there is an extra $65/day charge for the parking. This is not visible unless you click on the facilities to expand.

Excellent location. Very close to bus stops and train lines, as well as things to do around the city. The room, eventhough small, was perfectly enough to be confortable.
