It was not in great condition. Like furniture and tubs in not great condition. Sheets that had worn spots on them.

The stair carpets (we were on the 2nd floor) were thick with grime. While the carpets were vacuumed daily, no amount of vacuuming would get rid of the grime.

The location and neighbourhood was fine. The front desk staff were very nice.

There was no TV remote in the room and no way to obtain one without being moved to a different room. This seemed a bit cumbersome. I would think that items of this nature would be available without a move to another room. This did not seem very practical.

There weren't Large bath towels in our room, only hand towels that I had to use to wipe off after being in the Jacuzzi. The back of the bathroom door was scuffed up and could use a new coat of paint, otherwise everything else was very good

That the hotel was attached to the banquet center where the wedding we attended was, also we were upgraded to a jacuzzi room b/c they needed rooms with 2 double beds for others. We were fine with that, I'm glad Andre asked.

Carpets are mouldy and creates a bad smell throughout the facility. Airconditioners in rooms constantly drip water onto carpets causing mould and musky smell.

The toilet seat was loose and dirty, almost unsafe to use!! EXTREMELY BRIGHT FLOOD LIGHTS outside were shining DIRECTLY into windows and curtains DID NOT help block the light!! Had to ask for a coffee maker and got one, but NO cups of any kind were provided or available! Thankfully the bed had nice clean linens and was comfortable; and AC was very adequate.

I don't like the fact that there isn't a pool. That would truly add value to the property.

I didnt like only one little garbage can in my room for a 3 day stay for a hot tub room need more that 2 towels at least 4 and whats up with turning your used towels in before they give you new ones

The bed was very uncomfortable, seemed to have missing support and caused a low point “hole”. Two towels were in the bathroom for a couple, only one tiny trash receptacle in sleeping area, none in the bathroom. 2 conditioners, no shampoo. Basic room with minimal thought to provide rest or ease.

The location was perfect for a stop overnight. The breakfast staff was super helpful and friendly. Front desk was pleasant but seemed distracted from other concerns.

The bathroom where not clean I felt that everything was sticky and the floor bwas wet in the room the shower bwas to small and the bottom of the shower was gross. The changeing spot did not change my phone

Shower was very grungy. Faucet to shower didn’t work properly. Pillows smelled of smoke. Night side tables were dirty from previous guest. They had no coffee by 6:50 am on a Sunday in the breakfast area as they had run out.

Great location off M59. Close to shopping and restaurants.

The place seems to be under construction. There was some cleaning that could have been done to the bathroom the inside of the shower was still dirty and the spa tub I guess we broke and leaking. Curtain had a few stains. you could smell smoke from a few rooms. and the vending machines where a bit pricey.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was spacious. Room was updated the kitchen area was nicely done. I believe with a nice deep clean to get the smoke smell out and the upgrades that seem to be happening the place will be a great stay.

Breakfast was scarce. Some milk and cereal, maybe a few breakfast bars. The parking lot was ice covered and downright treacherous.

The upholstery (sofa and chairs) had a lot of spots and needed to be cleaned. The only elevator was very small and could not be used by guests but you could put luggage on it and send it to the second floor. The kitchenettes had no supplies at all.

The location was perfect as it is right off an expressway. We had to visit a lot of family and friends and it is at the midway point.

The continental breakfast sucked . The picture showed a nice continental breakfast and all there was was instant oatmeal and a few oranges. No scrambled eggs no bacon or sausage like it shows in the picture. No other fruits no yogurt it was very very very disappointing.
