Booking.com is a horrible third party. My hotel had no knowledge of my reservation. Thankfully, the assistant manager and Mrs Wanda were very proactive in helping to get things straightened out.

The staff was always polite and helpful. I would definitely book again there, but not through booking.com.

The air in my room was not cooling and the high setting for cool didn’t blow on high it was more like fan mode. I had to buy me a fan to keep my room cool. The shower was slippery and unstable.. the location and room was great overall. The staff was very pleasant and friendly. Breakfast was good too!!!!! The hotel is good just fix the air. Great hospitality and wonderful staff…

The furniture was outdated. In the bathroom the wall-paper was peeling in some parts and in one corner it had a tac. The pillows were flat. Nothing in the area to eat and the area wasn't the best.

The staff, decent breakfast, on-site security, fan in the room!!!!!, bed was ok. The remote didn't work and they offered to move us immediately but we declined. The receptionist was very nice. She even suggested a really nice place for dinner. Near the interstate.

The weather was very hot and I didn't like how the air conditioner turned off automatically every time we left our room, so upon our return it was very hot and would take about 15 minutes to cool off.

I especially like the location of our room. It was at the end of a hall and very quiet even though the hotel was full. We traveled over the 4th of July holiday and the weather was extremely hot and humid we used the pool every night when we returned from site seeing. The pool, well the entire property was very clean which I really appreciate.

I booked a room because my ac went out at my place. I liked the quickness to resolve issues and that someone was always available at the front desk. I had an issue the first night with water not getting hot. The next day I put in a maintenance request and by that afternoon, I had nice hot shower water that lasted a long time. The room was clean. The air condition vent was clean and very cold. The microwave was clean, the breakfast was excellent and on time. Staff super friendly.

The room smelled funny, I'm pretty sure it was the air conditioning unit that smelled like wet towels or something. The elevator was a bit on the scary side, very shaky and worrisome

It had an odd smell in the elevator, halls and room.. might wanna invest in some smell good or maybe change the carpet. The room was a little small for it to be a suite and the closet space was small also.

The room was comfortable BUT...this hotel like many others have started using the low profile toilets which are not good for large people , old people or those with bad knees. Please return to using the regular height toilets at 18" high not 14". Oh yeah, the sink water pressure was non-existent and just trickled.

Breakfast was tasty and plentiful. Other than the toilet everything else was fantastic, thanks for a great experience. I could not figure out how to turn on the ceiling fan .

The building itself seemed to have some issues like elevator breaking and leaks. But staff was more than accommodating.

Close enough to down town. Couldn't beat it for the price. Staff was super nice. Only issue we had to elevator was down. Breakfast was good.
