Breakfast was just pastries and drinks, not good for a diabetic. And if you wanted actual breakfast only thing they offered was microwave stuff for a fee. Need a better selection as most places in town don't open until later and is inconvenient when you want to go into the park early. Luckily rooms have fridge and micro so we went to store and got some items.

Very convenient to the entrance of Yellowstone. Probably one of the best hotels in the area. Was happy they had laundry service since we were on a long trip. Restaurant/bar on site was good. Front staff Thad & Pa super nice and helpful. Nice having fridge and microwave, we could do quick breakfast in room and made sandwiches to take to park every morning for lunch.

Nice room, spacious and clean. The hotel also has a good restaurant.

Musty smell in some parts of the hotel. But really not much to complain about

Great size room and well lit. It had a fun game room for the kids and the fitness area was really good. Awesome location with elk all around. Really good donuts in the morning.

The restaurant in the hotel had almost none vegetarian option, which makes you have to leave the hotel to eat. It is just when the village is ending, so you have to drive to get to the "center".

Spacious room, very clean, quiet area, snack and coffee for free breakfast included, parking in front, nice staff in reception. Good option to reach the Mammoth Hot Springs from outside the park. Air conditioning and good price for quality (for what you can find in the area).

There always seemed to be a lot of light outside at night(streetlights) and second night had a lot of door banging. Facility could not help door banging. Lids for coffee cups would be great.

The close proximity to Yellowstone. Great and personable bartender Chris, from Missouri!

Front desk people that were new didn't know anything- not helpful at all, but kind. I think when you spend over $250/night for a room, the beds should be made each night, not after 4 days...

Pop was a wonderful staff person, as was the bartender. Liked that it was family owned. Very clean

The breakfast is very simple with coffee and sweet pastries, but there’s a great supermarket almost across the street.

The hotel was really pleasant with a countryside decor, wooden furniture and wildlife hanging from the walls in the lobby. The gentleman in the reception was wonderful, gave us some interesting information about the park. The staff was very accommodating, the location was good, towards the end of the road in town. There is a laundry room, coin operated.

The reason we booked here originally is because they served a full breakfast. They discontinued this, opting for continental breakfast which was ok, but full breakfast is needed if you’re going into the parks. They did email us to inform us of the change, but it was still disappointing.

Amenities in our suite were exceptional. All the extras make up mirror, hair dryer, ceiling fan, microwave, fridge coffee maker, all were great.

This hotel no longer offers a full breakfast like it did in the past. Booking.com needs to change its description of this hotel. They offer a very pathetic continental breakfast with minimal baked good and beverage choices. I went out to breakfast each day during our two day stay.

The hotel is in nice location for touring Yellowstone NP and the mountains of Mountain. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The onsite small pub/restaurant offers a nice small menu and an excellent choice of Adult beverages.

Unfortunately, Wi-Fi did not work well, and it was not possible to conduct the necessary online meetings. I also didn't like the stuffed animals in the common area; my kids and I were constantly sneezing.

Breakfast is not included in the price, but there were baked goods in the morning. I also really liked the coffee that was available around the clock. The location is wonderful. Great staff. Our arrival was in May at a great price.
