We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

It was the nicest of the available accommodations in the area. It had an indoor pool. I was able to get a first floor room.

United States of AmericaSofa sleeper mattress was TERRIBLE. Thin, metal springs were pushing into your back every position you laid in, and it was noisy.
Everything was great! I would've rated it a 10/10 had the sofa sleeper mattress been suitable for sleeping. Breakfast was great, pool was great, service was awesome, super clean too.

United States of AmericaThe only thing that could improve was that our room seemed a little dirty. We noticed some hair on the bedding and dirt on the chair in the room. Other than that, the bathroom was very clean as well as the desk and tv station.
The breakfast was excellent. The staff working the breakfast was also great. She was friendly and even suggested some places to go near where we were staying. We really enjoyed the pool!

The gm Justin is amazing he is kind and friendly and helpful. He always make sure you have everything you need the whole staff at this hotel is wonderful the place is in great shape very clean very comfortable rooms Justin has done an amazing job with the hotel and his staff the people at the front counter are so nice they offer you cookies they offer you water they say good morning I will never stay in another place when I go to Bluffton Indiana this is my go-to place has been for years and I love the staff and Justin they made our stay very comfortable and very enjoyable you must go there they do an amazing job. Thank you to the staff and to Justin for everything you've done for us we'll miss you guys and we will be back soon

CanadaThe woman at the front desk is rude! The hot tub was not working and she told me it hasn't worked for awhile and they're taking it out. I told her that should have been on the website then because that's one of the reasons I booked that hotel. She told me that's not on her. I asked to speak to the manager and she said he wasn't there. Also, the third day of our trip, we had no tv. I asked for reimbursement for both of these issues and was told no. I
