The eggs in the breakfast buffet were really watery....on Sunday the sausages were a bit burnt. The sofa bed was definitely worn out.

The air conditioning was not good. It had one air-conditioning unit in the bedroom part of our room. No air got to the front of our room.

Bathroom smelled. The toilet was clogged and almost overflowed twice. The frig didn't work and the TV had poor reception.

The breakfast wasn’t good. The coffee was not good. Would be nice to have fresh coffee, not just a machine. Also, no ice machine on the floor we stayed at. The curtains didn’t close so it wasn’t dark.

Non-functioning light. Loose/live Wires on the floor. Asking for shampoo as there was none when we arrived & having to ask a second time. Eggs second day were awful.

It was outdated. Way out dated. TV was awful for selection and quality, AC unit was not efficient, breakfast was mediocre, coffee is instant coffee, the bathroom had no vent and the lighting was terrible. One light flickered constantly.

The room was very clean, and the bed was surprisingly comfortable. The couch was comfy, the refrigerator worked (didn't try the other appliances). The shower had good water pressure and consistent water temperature.

- Slow elevators - The AC in the queen suite was not great. A tiny vent sent ac to the living room area from the split unit. Had to keep the door open between rooms or the room for too hot. - had to request a new room bc the AC was leaking in the first room and the carpet was wet and smelled like mildew. - eggs at breakfast were too wet

- clean - easy to navigate - kids enjoyed the outdoor pool - Breakfast was pretty good.

I didn't like the fact we only had 2 or 3 channels to choose from on the television. That was definitely an issue having a younger child in the room. I also have an issue with $50 that was said to be added for damages(which there was none) then returned. In the end my bill went from 122 & change to 172. The fee was not returned it appears it was just added in as the price of the room.

The breakfast was decent the area was convenient and clean! I have no complaints about the breakfast. I always appreciate making my own waffle!!!

The internet on the fifth floor was very spotty. Breakfast was very skimpy- no pastries but plain bread, no OJ, stale cereal, eggs ran out one morning
