We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

Comfortable and roomy room. Large comfortable bed. Friendly staff gave advice on where to eat dinner (can recommend Thunder Island brewery). Good breakfast options in the cafe next door.

Great location in Cascade Locks within walking distance of everything in town and within driving distance of multiple trailheads. Room was spacious and well-equipped. All the staff were fantastic, helpful, polite, and my room was spotless.

The food at the restaurant next door was excellent. We were pleasantly surprised to discover the breakfast vouchers were for that restaurant. We didn't realize the number of trains traveling through on the tracks between the hotel and the river, but we loved the sounds of the trains and horns as they went by. Earplugs were provided if the sounds bothered anyone but we didn't need them. Perfect distance from the many waterfalls where we went hiking.
