We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaThe only thing that was negative was the pool was not open. It didn’t effect us, but I could see how that would upset some guests.
Room was very clean! Both night staff when we checked in & morning staff when we checked out were very friendly & imformative. Lisa was great with the small issue we came across. (Not on hotel) would definitely stay there again.

United States of AmericaWe were disappointed that the pool was closed. Our Granddaughter was supposed to have her Birthday Swim Party there. I understand it was beyond your control but my granddaughter was disappointed.
This was our second visit in two years. Our son and his family live in Charlestown. We came for Graduations both years. All the people working there are friendly, helpful and seem to be happy.

United States of AmericaThat at 8:00 am in the morning my son got yelled at for sitting at the “bar” while waiting for the waffle maker. I get that kids aren’t allowed at alcoholic establishments (which this wasn’t- it’s literally a countertop on the opposite side of the breakfast area) - but at 8:00 in the morning during the breakfast buffet- I don’t see the harm.

The Staff, The building everything about Cobble stone surpasses most Hotels. I stay here often. I often feel bad when my friends and I are going in and out to hang/grab things to take back when it’s late lol we try to be as courteous as possible!

Upon check in I was greeted by the front desk young lady and she was very friendly. Once we got in the room it was nice and clean and fully stocked. I think the air conditioner could have worked a little better but it wasn't too bad. The next morning breakfast was wonderful and fresh. And the morning desk lady was very friendly. Once we return after the cold days at the softball field, the team got to swim and hang out for awhile, while the parents relaxed at the bar area. customer service here was great all around. Check out was a breeze. We would stay here again and recommend to others. Thank you for the hospitality.
