We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Beautiful, quiet hotel with an excellent location. Very friendly and helpful staff that made sure our stay was enjoyable. The 3rd floor pool and deck were perfect. Will definitely be back!

United States of AmericaThe parking garage was tight! If you own a LARGE SUV, it will be difficult to park. There's only one way in and out of the garage for both the upper and lower level, during the summer season with more people visiting, it may be extremely difficult exiting with people walking on the sidewalk.
Location to shops, dining, beach was excellent. The hotel had coffee available when we arrived in the late afternoon which was appreciated after a long drive. The peppermint bark at night was a sweet surprise. The restaurant offered an excellent breakfast in the morning. Also, the security for the elevator was appreciated, needed your room key card in order to use it.

United KingdomUnless we were mistaken, there were no stairs inside the hotel, so just to travel down one flight involved waiting for the lift which could take some time. There were stairs on the outside accessible via fire doors but then you needed to remember the door key or you would be stuck outside unable to reenter.
Very clean, modern rooms with comfortable beds. Staff were always eager to help, advise or just chat.

United States of AmericaBathroom shower gel was empty, pool was too cold. The first room had a view of the parking lot however, we were moved to a new room with a street view.
Receptionist was awesome, very friendly and helpful. Cindy moved our room to something with a better view. The night manager gave me water during check-in. They gave us recommendations for dinner and breakfast. The room was very clean and felt new! I had a great nights rest. The pool was nice however, it could've been a bit warmer I guess. The vibe was great and I will stay there again for sure.

United States of AmericaThis shouldn't be a reason to not stay there, but if the property's looking for feedback ... would recommend longer shower curtains to better prevent water on the floor. This seems to be a frequent/universal issue with hotels generally, though.
The staff was extremely friendly and informative. The single/king room was notably spacious; both rooms (we also had a double/queen for other family members) were clean and nicely decroated. Robes were a lovely touch!

United States of AmericaI thought it was over priced for an off-season stay. Also charged me $200 just IN CASE I would use room service! But then I was credited that at the end of my stay. However, of course they already have my credit card on file at check-in when I paid for my room. No where did I see this charge ahead of time until check in. 
Room was nice and very close to shopping and the boardwalk. Loved the pool area.
