Overall the hallways and the room were absolutely filthy and in serious need of a deep cleaning there was a half eaten chicken ring in one of the drawers, alot of stains in the carpet, and the comforter on one of the beds smelled like vomit (although it's kind of a common practice to just throw those on the floor at just about any hotel lol) the sheets underneath were clean, and comfortable though

The breakfast was good for what they provided but it seemed like they were very conservative on what was available until you asked for things. Personally i would have liked some kind of protein option such as eggs or bacon or sausage but that's just my preference... my kids loved the do it yourself waffle thing though and the staff was very polite and accommodating when I did let them know the waffle batter ran out

BATHROOM: Tub was rusty, yellow stains and the fan was hanging by one screw. I would not take a bath in the bathtub. BED ROOM: Bed cover was dirty. Asked at reception for clean sheets after the 4th day of my stay - it was never done. Both lamps on the wall were loose and hanging to the side. Air conditioner was nasty - needed a good cleaning. Carpets either needed to be replaced or at least cleaned. Old furniture needs to be replaced. SMOKE DETECTOR: No smoke detector. Only wires for the smoke detector was dangling from the ceiling. BALCONY: All were in a bad state of repair. This is a hazard. IN GENERAL: Hotel was in a very bad state of repair. ATTACHED are photos to show everything discussed above, It was not worth my $ 63.00 dollars for 8 nights. Maybe worth $30 - 35.

I liked the continental breakfast. Coffee was very good. Wi-Fi, microwave and refrigerator was nice to have.

The doors were raggedy you can see through them worry someone will come in my room, the ceiling in the bathroom leaking. The TV did not work. The phone did not work shortage in the lamps, outdated furniture, and the bed was hard.

The headboard was broke in my room I reported it and it never got fixed. Also in my other room only one lamp had worked. My disabled soon to be wife was very unsatisfied. The handicap shower head was not working.

THIS BELONGS ABOVE! The majority of the staff was pleasant and accommodating when and where necessary. Low traffic location which was most definitely a plus.

We were there for 6 days and the breakfast was the same, the only hot thing they served was waffles,there was no meat of any kind, no potatoes, no eggs, no cereal no oatmeal. It was a waffles and yogurt kind of week. We were quite disappointed with the lack of breakfast selections. Housekeeping half-cleaned, services were not offered and had to be requested.Rooms could definitely use some upgrading peeling wallpaper, chipped paint an overall neglect. THIS BELONGS BELOW!

The hotel needs an update. The furnishings are old. The hallway and rooms smell a little musty. The entrances around the hotel are key card entrances, which is great for keeping guests secure, however the back door does not shut and is open at all times. There are people in the neighborhood who take advantage of this and use the pool. It was constantly full of people. Also there are large sticky stains in the hallway carpets that need to be steamed out. They are so sticky that the one in front of our door pulled my sandal off of my foot. The carpet throughout the hotel was what brought it down. It definitely needs to be replaced. And they don't have control over this, but just FYI there is road construction going on in front of the hotel right now, so we took a side entrance near the circle k, no big deal.

Location was convenient. Courtyard around the pool area was gorgeous. Beds were comfy. Staff was really nice. Room was really big! Nice cold air conditioning. Ice machine!! Plenty of free parking around the building. Really close to a circle K so we didn't have to go far for snacks or filling up the car.

The hotel needs some serious remodeling. Furniture was outdated and VERY noticably dirty so we got extra sheets to cover chair and pullout couch. The carpet had noticable stains. The backdoor was a "security" door but absolutely wasn't, it didn't close and lock at all.

Location was great. We were in town for a family reunion, the hotel was close to family and events. The outside pool area was nice and looked clean but can't say for sure because we didn't get a chance to use it.

The hotel was unclean and loud, and the pool was dirty. We stayed for the breakfast and pool, but the breakfast was disappointing. The only option was waffles, with no milk or cereal available. The oranges were not even wiped. I would not recommend staying here if you're looking for a decent complimentary breakfast.
