Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe hotel backs up to the highway, and as luck would have it our room was on the very back of the complex that was adjacent to the highway so we got the full affect. The car noise woke us up when the air conditioner in the room shut off and the background noise went away. If the air would have stayed on continuously it would have drowned out the road noise. The bathroom was clean to look at, but smelled like sewage a little. May have plumbing issues??
We had two queen sized beds and they were comfortable and the room was clean. The air worked great. The room was plenty large enough for me my wife and 2 teenagers. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The free drink tickets were appreciated as well.

United StatesWe booked the room for 5 nights but our plans changed and we checked out one day early. The hotel charged us for all 5 nights when we only stayed 4 nights. I called and spoke with the manager, Shane about the extra night charge and he said he would refund our money for that night. When I checked my credit card statement the refund was pending as was a new charge for the same amount as the refund. The manager seemed to have a hard time understanding that we were charge for a night that we didn't stay.
The room was very clean. We enjoyed the evening cocktails.

United StatesThe reason I can't stay here remains that their Internet connectivity is so poor, especially in the back corner king-suite rooms. It's a shame that our choices are being skewed by something so easy and inexpensive to fix, but I work in tech support and carry a laptop for on-call situations. I've had to leave the property just to hook up properly to a VPN. I've made two trips to Nashville since this one and have had to choose a different property.
Room is good and the property is in a convenient location. Happy hour and a nice hot breakfast were a great plus as well as the hot tub. Facility was clean and seemed well maintained.
