The room was not clean, I found hair in my towels. It was very loud being on the ground floor, music coming from the reception at 3 am in the morning. Poor breakfast

Price, but I guess that’s pretty standard for a Manhattan hotel.

Location was great, in the middle of 5th Street. Breakfast included was really helpful. We read about the breakfast in the reviews, but it wasn’t bad at all as a quick bite - different types of pastries, fruits, orange juice, and decent coffee. The communal space is very small so it depends on the timing if you get a seat, though.

Room was small but since we didn't go to New York for spending time in a hotel room, it was sufficient.

Location is great. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is enough to sober up before starting the day. Small, clean, secure and cozy hotel.

Only 2 elevators - when room cleaning occurs these are slow, crowded and held up. I chose a lower floor so that I could use the stairs to depart from room or get into room without waiting too long for the elevators to arrive.

Excellent location, convenient. Staff are helpful and breakfast arrangement suits the purpose of my visit. I have noticed the small improvements to the bathroom and air-conditioner since my last visit in 2023.

The "breakfast" I found what lacking. As mentioned above about coffee availability; we were there three (3) nights the coffee pots were there and replaced 3 times and NONE of them worked. This was very disappointing.

I picked this hotel for location, price, coffee availability in the room, & breakfast. I thought the staff for the most part was very pleasent and helpful.

I stayed at a Citadines in France and by contrast the breakfast offering here was not great. Basically drip coffee, pastries and some bananas and apples. There's a Starbucks right across the street and a Pain Quotidien nearby and the desk staff recommended some other places nearby.

The staff were friendly and my room was very clean. It looked newly renovated. Even though it is located in busy midtown, my room was quiet and there was a light blocking shade to keep it dark at night. The location is great if you want to do the usual things in the city. I was in town visiting family in the New York Presbyterian hospital and it was an easy subway ride uptown. It's a few blocks from Grand Central Station as well as Times Square, so it's very accessible for the subway. Overall, this was a clean, comfortable and convenient place to stay for the price.

Elevator was constantly broken. This is a huge deal if you stay on a high floor. We requested early check in and refrigerator. We did not get either and we were offered a gift but they were out. They list that they will keep luggage if early check in is unavailable, but this was not available either so we waited in the lobby for several hours. Staff was great though and very nice.

Room was very clean, which is the most important thing. Lobby was okay with cleanliness , but not super clean like the room (which I can live with).

Elevator was old and have to wait too long. Room just enough for couple, no complaints except the A/C unit was very dirty, I can see the filter inside was very dirty, never clean in a while that why it smell very bad.

The breakfast was very poor, consisting only of a croissant, cheese, a banana, an apple, and orange juice. If you want bananas, you have to go early. Taking a shower was a nightmare because the water was either boiling hot or freezing cold. There was no middle ground, and it was very difficult to adjust. The elevator was not working, and people frequently got stuck inside. As a result, we had to walk up and down to the 8th floor, where our room was, every day.

The hotel is in an excellent location in the city center, and you can easily walk everywhere. The hotel was also very clean overall, with the room cleaned and towels changed daily.

Could be cleaner, hallways are to be renovated, only 2 elevators of which 1 was not working, the "grab and go" breakfast was quite terrible. Way too expensive for the actual quality of the stay.

Centrally located, comfortable matrass, good size room. Close to subway to travel around and outside Manhattan. Close to museums and attractions.

No refrigerator,no microwave, no kitchenette, no free water. It gets crowded during breakfast hour.

Free grab and go breakfast croissant,orange juice,apples,cheese and coffee/tea. Nice,clean and not big space hotel. If you are looking for a short stay this hotel is for you. Great location and walking distance to everything between 5th/6th avenue. Closer to Timesquare New York walk straight about 10mins from hotel at 6th avenue. Wendys and Starbucks are across from this hotel.

It is a classic place to sleep in NY. The room size is decent, the bed is comfortable and everything is clean. So the basics are well covered.

The room with 2 queen size beds is small for a family of 3. the elevators were out of order every day...it was the most frustrating thing. I think the hotel is best for business stay for short period of time, but not for the families, even if you are outside for the whole day. To my mind, there is no value - price balance.

I liked the location, it is in the very heart of NY.

At least one of the elevators was out most of the time which resulted in pretty long queues to go up or down. Obviously the stairs r not really an option once ur on a high floor or if you’re not as mobile.

The location was perfect and a good base to go everywhere. Rooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable :)
