We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Location was good…an excellent restaurant right across the street. Room was comfortable…all was good for an overnight stay. Well equipped kitchen…attention to recycling! Great place!

United StatesIf someone has back or knee problems moving your luggage/skis from the car to you room will be difficult by yourself. There was a note that bellhop would help if asked-we did not ask for help. Putting coolers and luggage on a dolly they provide allowed us to take everything easily up the elevator to 2nd floor, but the contents fell off as I rolled the dolly down a set of 9 stairs and then down a second set of 4 stairs to reach our room. OK since we are a family with adult children who could help.
One bedroom with kitchenette was a very good value. Skiier free shuttle bus arrives at front of Christie Lodge where you are near first on so on weekdays and weekends we were always able to get a seat! Hot tub outside had strong jets and 4 hot tubs inside had bubbler jets. We used the inside hot tubs which were plenty warm. Kitchenette has nice refrigerator space, spaceous freezer, a single burner, large microwave, colander, toaster, silverware for 6, and plenty of pots/pans/lids. Extra salt and pepper and a cutting board were available when we asked the front desk. Many knives and a scissors available, dull but usable. I would definitely return!

AustraliaOur bed was right up against the corridor/hallway wall and the room never got fully dark at night. The bed was very comfortable but it was so big that there was not enough room to wheel the suitcase past it.
The Lodge is in a great location, with food available both inside the property and within walking distance. The well-provisioned kitchen, multiple hot tubs and in-room fireplace made it extra special.

United StatesWe rented a 3-bedroom and in one of the bedrooms the shower had no water pressure. also, not the usual spoke-and-wheel configuration. 2 bedrooms lead jnto each other and then into the living room/dining room. Great for large groups, maybe not great for families.
Super convenient location, right on the Avon Skier shuttle bus stop. also they had an amazing Pho noodle shop and a super nice Ski rental shop right on property. the ski rental shop was amazing and had great customer service!

The Christie was a perfect spot to base out of. Close to everything in Avon. The room was tight for 3 people but totally comfortable. Loved having a kitchenette in the room for snacks and breakfast. The layout of the hotel was odd but not confusing.
