We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesSeemed a little outdated. Toilet was loose and tippy and leaking. Sewer smell in the room. We didn't notice the wet area on the floor or the smell until the middle of the night/ early morning. We did report before we left.
Location was great. Large, clean and comfortable room. Pretty pool area. Didn't use it though. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Reminded me of the old Best Western Motor lodge that was blocks away from my childhood home. 🥲

A comprehensive makeover is needed -- the cover was missing from the vent in our bathroom, the toilet was loose, the shower needed to be replaced, trash was overflowing in receptacles in the common areas, windows needed to be cleaned, room door was very difficult to open. In addition, the hotel ignored my room request at booking -- since Quality purchased the property, we have not stayed in an interior room as requested.
Breakfast is always the highlight. Thankfully the AC worked great in our room, which was a dramatic change from the last time we stayed a month before.

United StatesHad to go to the next building for ice. The entry door wasn't sealed real well although it was shut and locked. I think insects could get in because I got a couple mosquito bites during the night.
