Rooms were basic with little or no charm. No extra blankets in rooms. Steps from parking lot to first-floor rooms had no bannisters (difficult for older seniors).

Good location, close to downtown Chatham and the Taconic Parkway. Rooms were clean. Staff was extremely friendly.

A little rough around the edges in terms of remodeling & updates. But didn't affect my stay.

The property location on a hillside had a nice view but it lacked sunshine in autumn and would be cold in winter.

Beds are stiff and mattresses feel cheap (I could feel the springs). The room was clean but dusty, could use a little more attention to detail. We had to request more TP and a box of tissues would have been nice. A huge beetle and small flying bug visited, not surprising for the rural location, though.

Good location for us. Fantastic price. Helpful staff. Room was clean and comfortable, felt much more modern than the exterior hinted at--nice renovation. Fridge, freezer, and microwave are great amenities.

72 yrs old and having an upstairs room with no elevator was difficult. WiFi was horrible. Worked in the front office but not in our room.

the room was very small, I've paid less for much bigger rooms There were no instructions on how to make the TV work - had to get the management to come in and fiddle with connections the shower was incredibly hot and hard to adjust

the location is great, just off the Parkway, with a little convenience store just across the road the wifi was excellent - had no trouble connecting to the internet, very fast and solid

Hotel was clean, comfortable, quiet, quaint, well appointed, and adorable. Staff was professional, friendly and helpful. Excellent location, close to alot. No complaints would highly recommend and definitely stay there again

The bed was too firm. Most worrisome was the leak that started from the bathroom ceiling. It dripped on me as I sat on the toilet. It being after 11pm there was nothing I could do other than call and leave a message. I don’t think they ever heard the message because the person I checked out with the next day did not know about it.

There was no breakfast. It was close to the highway so that was good. It was very clean and I appreciate the microwave and refrigerator

Nothing - we paid 400$ for 2 shabby rooms with no service. Completely out of market in terms of value for money.

Some people don't like the train sounds at night, only about 3 passing, not next door but close enough. Me... it actually helped me sleep, drowned out my wife's snoring when they passed long enough to get to sleep!

Great spot to stay on the way to New York, just close enough for a morning arrival. Spotless, clean and big rooms. Women that greeted us was very friendly. Nice view of hills. We will definitely stop here each time we go south.

A slightly plusher mattress would have been nicer.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was very clean. The mattresses were firm and probably new, but the older spring variety. Comfortable as long as you like very firm. The room had a nice in room fridge. Microwave and coffee pot. A full gas station mini mart directly across the street with excellent coffee. Tables and chairs on covered porch outside the rooms. There were also a few picnic tables in a small grassy area. A pleasant,clean, and comfortable motel for that area. Not your city large hotel as it would be out of place there. I would stay again.

The location of this hotel is why I chose it, I have stayed here before. The updates they are making are fantastic!

The bed spreads are a little thin.

This property has a beautiful view. Very close to the town of Chatham. I loved that it had chargers for electric cars. I had rented an EV and wasn’t quite sure where I could charge it.

We were on the second floor and that is not a problem for us but if you did not want to carry your bags up stairs perhaps you could request a room on the first floor.

An old building in the middle of what seemed like nowhere and this was such a wonderful place to rest after a long day of driving. The floor was a light wood, not old carpeting. The wifi was excellent. It was very clean. A freezer, refrigerator and microwave. I would stay there again and recommend.
