Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

Ocean Drive is the best location. Everything near by and it is one of the most famous locations in Miami. Another thing, they have breakfast. And another thing, staff is very kind and suggested on so many things to do in Miami.

United StatesI don’t know about the other rooms but ours was on the yikes side of outdated with broken tiles in the bathroom and part of the ceiling peeling. Low flow toilet meant multiple flushes which got old. NO ELEVATOR
Absolutely amazing location, just a 5 minute walk to the beach with fairly light traffic and a cvs within ten minutes walk. Large amount of ready taxis. Staff were super helpful and friendly. Breakfast was the weirdest continental I’ve ever seen with kool-aid pouches instead of juice and a handful of bananas. There were however fresh hard boiled eggs, a Starbucks coffee dispenser with hot cocoa, and a whole bunch of single serve pastries/snacks. Packets of oatmeal next to a microwave and yogurt in the mini fridge. Little tea station too.

AustriaThe whole hotel is in a structurally poor condition. We had a large gap between the room door and the corridor, the floor was peeling, the bathroom fittings were rusty, the interior plaster was crumbling off the window, the sockets only worked partially and were not fitted properly.
The hotel's location on the Oceandrive is the biggest plus point. The staff at the reception and the cleaning staff were very nice. It was very easy to get beach towels and an umbrella and the beach is very close and beautiful.

United StatesThe floor needs up grading and maybe the bathroom. It’s nothing fancy but clean. The door to the floors upstairs slams so could be loud. I addressed it with the lobby and they might have ask people not to slam the door. It’s was perfect for me and a 2 night stay. Maybe a little pricey but it’s on the beach and it was spring break.
Great location! Cute Lobby very bohemian. There’s a lot of cleaning going on. I could smell the bleach when I walked in the room.
