Ants in room, coffee maker broke

There was no balcony or place to sit outside. The front desk staff was less than friendly and the coffee station wasn't kept clean. There was hair in our shower and our sheets for the pull out couch were 2 fitted sheets, no flat sheets.

The location was ideal. I appreciated an ice machine and the game room was fun. I was very pleased with the bonus sink in the bedroom and that there were 2 AC systems in the unit.

Nice room, better than expected. Good effort with the room style. Sofa bed felt like sleeping on rocks. There were some ants. It was a decent place. I would come back for the right price. Not better than the Quality Inn.

Room and hotel in general could use some sprucing-up. View was OK after you looked past the other buildings and saw the ocean.

I like the location of the hotel, because is not on the boardwalk where all the action is, it’s a whole 100 blocks away but the bus is right in front or u can easily drive to the boardwalk. The beach by it was beautiful and not busy, plenty of places to eat near by and was clean. Exactly what we wanted

We had bloody sheets that weren’t changed before we got there. It probably would be best just to change the sheets even if you don’t know if someone slept in that bed.

The refrigerator had crumbs in it when we arrived. There was also an old bottle of someone’s medication on top of the cabinets so I’m not sure exactly how often the rooms are deep cleaned, but I’ve definitely stayed at places much dirtier than this. Other than a few things, it was pretty clean.

Would have loved to have had a hot tub with the pool. The plastic on the bed made a lot of noise whenever you moved. Our neighbor (family) was up at 6 and were very loud. It was like they were in the same room with you.

The location - beach and road areas not so crowded. Liked that there was a pool, gym and game room. The size of the room was nice. coffee available at all times.

It could have been cleaner - sand under the sofabed mattress - and all of the drapes had holes them. The sofabed mattress was uncomfortable and the edges of the bathroom ceiling were rusted all around. It would have been nice to have access to washers and dryers.

The location was perfect. The layout and kitchenette we're exactly what we needed for our family of 4. The ac worked perfectly. The staff was very friendly and professional. Great to have a fitness room and indoor pool. The kids enjoying having access to the activities at the main hotel. It was quiet and peaceful. Great for a restful family vacation.

Rooms are dirty. Be prepared for that. Walls have marks and stains on them. Sheets are sometimes stained. Curtains ripped. It’s not unsanitary by any means but it is just not clean clean. Most gym equipment is broken or didn’t work(treadmills and bikes).

A block away from the beach. Comfortable beds. Game room with ping pong. Great price.
