We weren't aware of the extra resort fee that would be added to our stay till we got there. Also parking was $40 a day.

The hotel was down the quiet end of town, which meant it was more peaceful. The balcony was fantastic too.

The house keeping staff was doing just the minimal maintenance. On my departure day, the lady pounded the door 15 minutes before the departure time and asked when I was leaving, which I didn’t feel comfortable with.

The location and facilities are exactly what I need. Steps away from the hustle and bustle of Waikiki beach. I like the fact that it’s a boutique hotel with small size guests, which makes me feel more at ease.

It was quiet and an intimate setting.

I like being away from Waikiki but still close to the ocean. I loved the game room. Close parking. The staff was very accommodating they offered amenities without asking. The coffee was on point. I loved it here.

The location was very close to the beach and a short walk into Waikiki. The staff were very friendly and our room was cleaned each day. Free use of beach chairs and towels was a bonus!

The only things I can really nit pick are they could add the parking for people with vehicle rentals into the hotel cost. It is an additional $40 a day for parking on property.

This beautiful hotel is less than 100 yards from the beach and has beautiful views of the ocean and diamond head and just a 10 minute walk to the main walk area of Waikiki but far enough to be quite and secluded enough that you are not in the main bustle of tourist. This hotel also offers free bikes that you can take with locks to get around if you don't want to take a vehicle out into Honolulu (I advise you don't as parking inside the city can be hard to find a parking spot). They also offer free beach towels and chairs to take to the beach. Which was a pleasant surprise.

The bed needed to be changed. It was just ok, after a couple nights my back was hurting. It had an indentation in the mattress. parking was too expensive and the local parking was hard to get! The closet beach was mostly closed off to seals!

The staff was super nice. Our room was great, we could see the sunrise and sunset! They offered beach chairs , bikes, and other things you may need for your stay. They had a laundry area. There was a small outdoor eating place we really loved. It was a quite area.

I never got my welcome drink and I thought the haole front desk lady was super unfriendly and unwelcoming so that turned me off.

What breakfast? No restaurant served breakfast however LOVED the espresso machine and microwave in the room a very nice touch. Also Nicolle was an incredible masseuse and I liked I could book this. The valet guys were super kind as were the maids.

Seems to have an issue with data security since I got multiple phishing attempts via the booking.com messaging service over many weeks.
