The carpet had gum or candy ground into the carpet which looked dated. The shower curtain had a strange black stain that looked like mold. Neither TV in the room was working, but I wasn’t there to watch TV anyway. The hot tub was down for maintenance for most of my stay, and when it did open, it was full of toddlers even though no one under 14 is supposed to be in it. I tried to buy milk from the store on property and both jugs of milk they had were over a week past date.

It was right on the beach, the room was a good size, and I like that there was a full kitchen.

I didn’t like it was very little parking spots. I had to park across the street with my 1 year old daughter and run across the street in the rain. I also didn’t like you guys don’t valet parking or nobody was there to help with my bags. I also didn’t like I had to find a cart from the bottom floor and take it up the 7th floor to my room and have a stranger watch my things while I go run and get my car I also didn’t like you guys indoor pool was closed

It was in need of some updates(huge gap under the door, bathroom definitely needed some work) parking was a pain(which we were also charged extra for) and I was supposed to have an ocean view room and while I could see the ocean, I was facing a couple of parking garages.

Staff was great, location was fantastic and bed was comfortable and clean.

The carpet was disgusting it had blood spots everywhere and I had to go to the front desk to ask for toilet paper the maid came in and gave us clean towels but never any toilet paper

We didn’t like the room door; it had a gap at the bottom. We could actually see under it. (If any bugs wanted in from the outside; they could just walk right under that open space). Our balcony was really close to others. That was ok . It was the cigarette smoke that kept us from enjoying sitting on the balcony to look at the beach. The pool had bird poop in it so we weren’t able to enjoy a swim. We was there for the beach. We worked with what we had; with this property room. With a couple of upgrades on the bathroom door , front door and fumigation, it would have been a little less aggravating..

No daily housekeeping. Many of the machines (arcade, laundry) were inoperable. Santa Maria bar was never open. Feel we didn't get our monies worth.

I had dog hair on the sofa in my room and was unable to use it during my stay. I called the attendant came up later in the night. The cleaning attendant came the next morning and no one was able to remove the pet hair.

Need several updates. It took 20 minutes to check in because we could not find any staff working the front desk. We called for extra towels and did not receive them until the next morning when we walked to the office and got them ourselves.

The water for showers was very weak. Also the arcade room for kids barely worked. More lighting is needed on parking decks. There needs to be something in rooms about beach restaurants and activities. Ice cream souvenir shop was closed.

The room which I got was falsified to some degree. I would say be very careful what room you pay for , read all the fine lines, and call to make sure what your getting is what the description sounds like. These places like the caravelle that have adjoining buildings will set you up in one of the off shoots and make you think your staying in the main building overlooking the ocean. This can be avoided with careful examination, but just know there is deceit in these descriptions and make sure your getting what you want not what your led to believe. There was no room service for my room either. The room was a disappointment but we made due and tried to have a good time. I was also bombarded with phone calls from people trying to setup a time to sell me time shares immediately after I paid for the room.

The pools and hot tubs were nice.

The rooms was a little rundown and definitely could use good scrubbings.

Location was great, pools great, employees was outstanding, I had came with family had an incident that left me out my room at 2am without a car. The employees and security as well was so helpful and kind too me. Once I got a new room. There was no water I when I tried to shower so I laid down and apparently did not shut the shower off correctly and woke up to a flooded room. Although they had many reasons to be upset with me they still treated me with the utmost respect and kind.

Old towels, stove and microwave not clean.

We arrived on May 20th the pools were nasty food "fruit loops" floating in all the pools to include the hot tub. The hot tub was luke warm very disappointing. I booked a ocean front room and got an ocean view room there was hardly any view because of the trees and cars we were on the first floor. The room was descent but the stove was dirty I had to clean the entire stove before I could cook breakfast for my family. The towels were old they left lint on us. There is a 200.00 deposit that I don't remember seeing or overlooked while booking and a parking fee which is ridiculous. We frequently visit resorts and I have never paid for parking. I booked with booking.com so maybe that's why we were in the old tower. I think I would stay again if this was my last option.
