Right on the beach and clean. The only thing wrong was we could not figure out how to work the shower in room 614. We all took baths instead.

The bathroom was a little grimy.. could just be that it hasn’t been updated? The tv in the bedroom wasn’t easy at all to use..

The location was perfect! We loved all the pools, lazy river & hot tubs! Loved the sitting area in the room we were in. The option to rent dvds was neat

Updated paint and newer sheets would have been nice. There was flaking pant in bathroom.

The parking deck is a bit tight. It was the off season so no many people around but I would foresee issues in the summer.

The staff was friendly, the room was clean and a decent size. The view was great and serine! I had an issue with the booking but it worked out and the front desk was accommodating.

The bottom of my feet got dirty from just walking around the room on the tile floor. The door latch was loose.

The door needs adjusting, it doesn’t close all the way without extra effort. I was able to just push it open upon arrival.

Property has a great view. It was very clean and didn’t have any lingering scents.

There was no tissue in the bath when we arrived, and though the room was very clean at night there was roaches in the kitchen only which did not appear until our second day, requested rags since there was only two in the room and when called the front desk they let us know they where currently out. Would’ve been nice if they would’ve delivered some when they became available since we was there 3 nights. Me and my husband gave the kids the beds and took the pull out couch and it definitely needs replacing as it was very uncomfortable and lumpy, so though the kids had no complaints, I couldn’t wait to leave to get into my bed cuz my back is in extreme pain as we make the trip back home.

Great location, property was clean and staff was very friendly which is why we choice a second time to stay here after visiting last year during thanksgiving.

The balcony 😍 👌🏾. Listening to the ocean while resting. Waking up to the sunrise. The prices during the off-season were fantastic for a mini vacation.

Being locked out of beach access till 9am. Had to walk around the hotel to get to the beach before 9

I left my pillow and charger and front desk failed to call me back after contacting them to let them know and the fitness room alot of the equipment didn't work. No complimentary coffee or breakfast downstairs

Aged laundry machines. Only took coins. Coins machine didn’t work front desk service wasn’t able to provide amount of quarters needed.

Ability to wake up and see sunrise and see full moon reflection along the ocean from oceanfront balcony was gorgeous. Plenty of storage space and nice size bathroom and kitchen.

Beds too small to share with spouse. Mattresses were very soft and somewhat comfy, but did come with back aches the next day. Our room could use some cosmetic attention; paint peeling off the walls.

The pools looked nice, but we didn't bring swimsuits because we weren't aware that they were heated. Proximity to the beach and dining/entertainment is great.

The lady checking us in wasn't very nice, the living room is a little on the small side, and I didn't like the whole have a card to get a pool towel thing they are doing now

It's in a nice location and right on the ocean, the beds were very comfortable and there were enough towels for all 7 of us, I also enjoy having a washer and dryer in our room so we didn't come home and have to wash several days worth of clothes
