Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThere was a patch in the ceiling that looked like it had black mold and they just covered it up with paint. It did not smell. We were told that the property is under new management. Right now they’re concerned about profit and will be making repairs and updating soon.
Location. We were there for May bike week. It was great. Not too far from restaurants, bars and entertainment. The lazy river was great. Bar pool was open and bartender was awesome. The front desk lady was very nice. Even though it rained, my sons and I had a great time.

United StatesPull out bed was the weak link in the furniture, really not usable. The couch itself was fine, no issues. The pots and pans were as described in other reviews, not the best cook wear. The washer and dryer have seen better days, but were serviceable for our needs. Our biggest two complaints were noise levels from the next door apartments and the heavy marijuana smoking on the balconies around us.
The property was a bit dated, but overall, very comfortable. Beds were very comfortable and the overall condition of our suite was good. The grounds were well maintained and clean. No issues with the pools or hot tubes. Would stay here again. The on-site bar was a bonus. We enjoyed the local eateries and wish we had stopped next door to Bummz's sooner. Loved the She-Crab soup at Damon's and The Dead Dog Saloon.

United StatesI needed to call the front desk because the TV stop working, no sheets or pillow for the sofa bed. The light behind the right headboard worked, but not the left. I went to the front desk because the phone was not working either. They fixed the phone, gave us sheets for the sofa bed, fixed the TV. The light behind the left headboard did not get fixed. The room could have used a little bit more light. Overall it still was a nice stay.
The most convenience was the parking. This is the closest we have ever parked near our room.

United StatesRoom was clean but in need of upgrading, with paint peeling on the ceiling of the living room and in the bathroom. Fridge was old. No toaster. Beds were mushy. We had to call down about rowdy people yelling and cussing in the hot tub. We were ready to sleep and it was 10pm. An hour later when I was in bed asleep, there was a POUNDING on the door, 3 times. I finally got up and answered it to see 3 security guards who accused me of throwing Chex mix at the rowdy people in the hot tub. Isn't that blaming the victim? BTW, I don't like Chex mix so would never have it in my room, nor did I throw anything off my balcony. I was just trying to get some sleep. That did not sit well with me.
Liked the pool and hot tubs, outdoor bar, overall look and cleanliness of the facility. Great staff at the front desk who listened to my concerns and hopefully dealt with the issue I explained.
