We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

The elegance of the rooms, from the lighting options, TV, A/C, motorized blackout curtains, beautiful bathroom, to the comfort and cleanliness. The staff (more specifically Megan) was extremely welcoming and kind, answering any questions I had.

My birthday weekend at Cambria Hotel was awesome. The employees and non employees wished me a happy birthday with all smiles. Everyone was very nice and kind. I loved the staff. They gave excellent customer service; smiling, friendly, patient, and informative. Service at the front desk was fast. The facility was clean, and the decor was beautiful. The room is amazingly beautiful, modern, and clean. I give Cambria Hotel stay a ten plus. 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 + 🌟 🌟 🤩

United States of AmericaThe pool was small and the floor was extremely slippery. This needs improvement as this is a very serious safety issue. Additionally there was no hot tub which we were aware of upon booking but this would be a wonderful addition.
The rooms were modern and comfortable. The beds were amazing and so comfortable! The staff was kind and accommodating. I enjoyed the text featuring each morning that allowed us to have a quick check in and make requests for anything we needed. Wonderful location and local to many restaurants and shops!
