Food is extremely expensive and overrated -- tiny bagel-cheese for $15 incl tip ... Might as well go out and get your breakfast / lunch.

Very nice hotel, great look and feel and very nice rooms and comfortable stay. Recommend highly for your stay.

I liked the property. I didn’t enjoy hearing the neighbors conversations throughout the evening and smelling their smoke. But it definitely could’ve been a lot worse.

It was close to LA but far enough away to relax after sightseeing.

The faucet handle was not working and the room had only one towel. It was a little inconvenient for us.

The toilet was slow to flush. The hot water in the bathroom sink was embarrassing it barely let out any hot water.

I love the location and that they are dog-friendly. We need more places that accept travelers to bring their pals with them.

I could not get heat - and my room was cold - a vent in the ceiling had 3 screws missing , and was hanging - a light over table was not working either - when checking out i was offered - free parking - when I did not have a car - my friend had a car , but my bill was charged it - needless to say I had the issues - he got the $40 credit on his bill! Go figure ?!?

The location was great - the coffee shop made a great latte - the rooms were nicely designed and contemporary modern

The shower is not comfortable with its rain shower. Prefer shower that can be hand held. All showers should have safety bars whether handicapped or not! Shower doors better than just a partial glass wall. Need free parking for guests. Need more than one luggage caddy. A brief brochure about room and hotel, hrs for bistro, how to's for TV, list of surrounding restaurants and shops etc. We were in ground floor and people above us were playing loud music past 12 AM. No brochure so did not know what the quiet hours were!

The room was very large-premium King! The bed was comfortable as being just right in firmness! Plenty of plugs and charger ports located beside bed! Large TV , easy to navigate! Good temperature control with wuiet heater/fan! Staff courteous and attentive, ie requested shower caps and they were brought to room very quickly! Nice refrig and microwave!

The first thing I did not like so much was that you need to request room cleaning by 11 o'clock in the morning. I understand that it is the hotel policy, but there were days when we forgot or overslept, and then we found ourselves without the option to have our room cleaned. The second thing I did not like much is the additional charge for parking. I can understand that for guests staying just one night, it makes sense to charge for parking. However, since we stayed for 7 nights, it would have been nice if they allowed guests with longer stays, who are already paying a significant amount, to park their cars for free. Interestingly, there is a free parking lot in the shopping center just a minute's walk away.

The hotel is located in a very convenient area. The rooms were generally clean, and the staff was really welcoming and nice. The rooms were very spacious, providing all the space we needed. Additionally, there is a shopping center right near the hotel, which is really good!
