Very run down facility, but still functioning pool and game room made up for it. Lots of homeless around outside, but that was everywhere. We didn’t have any issues. No frills here, but what we needed!

Size of rooms with little kitchenette was great! Loved how close it was to River and downtown…easy to walk to!

The hotel is a little older and barebone for the no-thrill traveler. This time we were on 3rd floor and those above us were very active. Next time we will book on 4th floor.

Great location. Close to the river, parks, restaurants and downtown Reno. We really like the small upstairs cafe above the health food store the next block over. We like that this is not a casino hotel. We like the small kitchen in the unit and the new flooring they put in (instead of the old carpet), though it is a bit of a puzzle effect :-) We have not brought our dog yet, but we probably will next time.

Machines in arcade ate our money, game rooms not really clean, lack of information about rooms.

Friendly staf, good security, comfortable beds, ability to cook in the room.

Facility was slightly worn and run-down, but for the price it was totally acceptable and I would happily stay there again if I am in Reno and need a place!

Simple check-in; central location; parking excellent and convenient; would happily stay there again if I need a simple, inexpensive, practical place to sleep!

The building was run down and the exterior of the facility seemed sketchy. The corridors were also run down and grimy.

The room was comfortable and clean, with nice decor. Quiet location.

We went in winter and the hvac for our room was switched to only allow heating, no air conditioning. Our room was 80° and the windows only open 3 inches, plus was super noisy outside. They brought a fan, which helped some.

Front desk staff was very friendly. Free parking and close to attractions.

The room we stayed at was in the back part of the building next to an alley that gave a sketchy feeling but over all the stay was good.

The game room and heated pool was as plus. The game room was opened until 11pm and had a pool table that we definitely took advantage of. There were not many people.

checking was very dificult , there were no tolilet paper in the bathroom front desk takes long to bring the request.

i would like the possibility of check in little early like they used to ,now you have to wait until 4 even if you are travel with family kids got boring of waithing to get in the room and relax a bit.

Only downside was microwave didn't work properly , and remotes were missing but staff fixed that right away

You’re bending machines did not work. That was kind of disappointing when you wanted something to snack.

Very disappointed that there was not a hot tub. Hot tub is listed in the amenities. That was part of the reason I chose this hotel. Also the pool was very cold even though it says heated indoor pool online. The only way to get in and out of the pool is walking outside in the cold. I asked that I have 3 rooms close together when I booked weeks before my trip. When we arrived the rooms were on 3 different floors. At check in I was told there was nothing they could do to get us closer together. I asked if once anyone checked out if we could switch rooms they also said no. I just had to take what there was.

The location was close to everything we wanted to see. The price was good.

-staff were Rude -hallway carpets we’re stained and dirty -took forever to bring us extra towels and blankets

Having to go inside to the elevator then back outside with small children was a little inconvenient.

That there were 2 bathrooms and the bedroom could be closed off from the kitchen and living room.

The room above me had kids jumping up and down since 6am. I am not one to call a complaint but anyone else would have, it was ridiculous the amount of jumping and noise they were making. The walls would literally shake.

The size of room was fantastic, price was great and was able to pay with Booking.com credits/wallet. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Staff were great. The property appears older and a bit ragged/run down. Room was clean, dated, and small. Fine for business. The kitchen was fine. It’s not Ritz but reasonable to move around with.

The ac would not turn on and the window in the bedroom area had no screen, so I didn't feel safe leaving it open at night while sleeping.

The room was good sized with two bathrooms and a large living area with pullout sofa and kitchen included.
