The pool was really nice. The kids enjoyed the fact that it was deep. It is an older property, but clean and maintained.

The beds were very uncomfortable and so were the pillows. It was hard to sleep at night because you can’t get comfortable.

We like that you had chargers for electric cars, we like that you are a sustainable company and are trying to help the planet, the facilities are nice, it’s in a good location, and it’s a great price for what you get.

The 6am grass cutting. I understand it's was 100 outside by noon, but I'm on vacation and didn't necessarily want to hear mowers before the coffee pot alarm.

The apartment we stayed in had a broken AC. Having to pack/ move to a different place, along with storm potential, made us choose to cut our trip short.

The condo could have been a little cleaner. I told the staff at checkout how there was hair on the shower walls. The exteriors needed mowing which they were mowing the day we checked out. The putt putt greens were messed up

The floors felt clean, but our feet were nearly black after walking around for just an hour or so. The bed in our units primary bedroom was extremely uncomfortable (and I am the person who can sleep comfortably almost anywhere). We were sad that the waterfall feature was not working at the pool. The hottub was similar temperature to the pool and did not look very clean. The stairs outside of our unit had one uneven step, which did cause each of us to wipe out on the way up at one point or another.

This is my second stay at Legacy. My teens and I love the pool and activitiy room. Rhe pool was sparkling clean. The little nooks around the grounds for relaxing are very cute, and the gym was an added little bonus. The rooms are very spacious and come with necessities to get your stay started off right.

There really wasn’t anything I didn’t like about the property. Some rude guests decided to have a party up in words of about 2 o’clock in the morning and we’re making a lot of noise inside their unit and outside in the parking lot but that I do not consider to be, the fault of the property. They did send Security to get these people to stop being so rude.

The property was in a easy to locate place, and the overall layout of the property was very convenient. The landscaping and pool area were excellent.

The Villa was beautiful. The pool was clean and refreshing, and my kids didn't want to leave!

It is outdated. The stove burners were askew and would not lie flat. The refrigerator would go through a humming phase that indicated it had issues. A lot of algae in the pond in front of our unit.

Size and location of facility. Staff was friendly. Lovely pool area. Enjoyed sitting on our balcony.

Primary room doorknob was broken and stained washer/dryer (on the outside). Luckily the door to the actual resort room worked/locked fine, but would've been bad if you're a worrier of safety. The premises does have 24/7 security however, so I still felt safe enough to not be concerned.

Lots of space for the price. Basically a 2 bedroom apartment - with lots of amenities like a swimming pool, billiards, ping pong, and tennis. Beautiful scenery and far enough off the road for privacy and quiet.
