What I did not like about the property was that the bathtubs were not cleaned and I mean the pipes, see picture that I post. Also, the room that I stayed in was a lot of dog hair from the previous person staying, all over the sofa and carpet and both red chairs.

What I liked about the property was that it was near convenient stores and restaurants.

No one checked to see if all was well once we checked in. We requested extra towels and never received them. We had to take out our own trash. No one comes to make up beds.

I like the way the jr suite was made. I liked the on site laundry.

There was no lift to get to the room which was a bit unexpected. There was no one in reception when we left, so after 5 mins waiting we just left the keys and hoped all was good. The rooms are really dated and the sofa bed was uncomfortable.

There were a few loose doorknobs, hard water residue on some of the fixtures, and dust on the towel rack and shelves. But the room was overall very nice.

The layout of the room was nice and gave everyone their own space. And we conveniently had a room close to the pool which was a bonus as well!

There was no curtains in the bedroom so it was not dark in the room through the night, it’s hard for me to sleep with light. I checked in just past 4PM and had to wait because a room wasn’t available. It wasn’t a long long wait but after a long drive it was a little frustrating.

Stayed there for 2 nights and only 1 dishwasher pod was provided. We requested to collect trash but no one came by. The dryer in the laundry room didn't work.

The rooms were spacious. Kitchen was stocked with pots and pans and plates and cups. The pool was nice. Plenty of parking everywhere. Close to restaurants and shops.

First visit the room had thick curtains and blinds. The bedroom was nice and dark. However, this second visit the bedroom only had a set of blinds in bedroom - the flood lights from outside near tennis courts were on thru the night ... was like sleeping with light on.

This was the second time we visited this hotel this month. Everything was good both times, prices a little high.

Room size was great, with good facilities. Location excellent; always nice when you can park the car outside your room. Bed comfy. Shower tap needed a good old pull to get it working - so maybe a small maintenance job there but other than that lovely bathroom.

I really can't say that there was anything we didn't like. We were only there for one night. The room fully met our expectations. Had we stayed longer we might have desired more amenities, but in our brief stay that did not make a significant difference.

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. I wish we could have stayed longer. All of the staff were courteous, professional, and friendly. We did not have time to enjoy the facilities, but they seemed well-kept.

We loved how close everything was. Everything including the Disney Parks were less than 30 minutes away. Many places to eat and shop nearby as well. Great place to stay.

Dont take First floor rooms if you have a lot of luggage! We had selected rooms on the First Floor, which we regretted as we had to carry the heavy Luggage up the stairs our self :-( And if you are staying with Kids avoid staying in this Resort - as the other rooms are right beside each other - and we were hearing a coulple making out moaning noises in our Room (Very clearly)! And the nearest Restaurants are almost 700m-800m distance by walk - so we had to take a taxi

It was an ok experience and is at a safe location with security patrol round the clock! The beds were comfortable - rooms are ok not too spacious.

Arrived 4pm for our check in. Advised that the room wasn't ready yet. Was told I would receive an email when ready. Lucky we didn't wait around as came back at 6pm to enquire if room was ready, as hadn't yet received an email. No apology was given for us having to wait for the late check in.

The location was great, easy access to freeway and not far from restaurants and a super market. The kitchen was reasonably well equipped and bonus to have the washer and dryer there too.
